Restaurant is clean and orderly. Staff Fairly quick and the food is good but they still managed to mess up my order.
Smoothie was good. Employees were not friendly
Awful, they treat their workers worse than dirt. a friend of mine that worked there told me how they forced her to take a test proving she memorized all the menu before giving her their tips, a 100% illegal move and one that i plan to take action against
Smoothies never disappoint, but always walking in and seeing all the workers standing and talking and standing right in front of them for 5 minutes before being noticed gets old.
Literally walked in and the store was empty except two people who already had their food and was still forgotten! Waited 15 minutes then was asked what I was waiting for and they proceeded to make it terribly . I have worked at a Tropical smoothie before and this one sucked.
It was my first time going. I felt rushed with my order coupled with having 2 small children with me. I told the young lady behind the register that I was Vegan and asked if they had any Vegan sandwiches. She said the only thing they had was the Hummus Veggie wrap. My 10yo a d 8yo ordered their smoothies at which I was surprised at her large they were, but clearly my 8yo could handle 2 by herself! When I go back home and look at the menu I see that they can actually substitute any chicken sandwich with their plant based chicken AND they have kid options with kid-sized smoothies...partially my fault for not stepping out of the line (that formed after I got in it) and the young lady taking my order for not knowing what they had to offer.
BAMA MAMA, JETTY PUNCH, AND I LOVED THE DRAGON FRUIT ONE?
The last two smoothies I’ve had have been chunky and had icy pieces. I don’t not enjoy having to chew my smoothie. Please do better in future or you will lose my business.

Great service and everything was made quickly and the new place is very nice , if the ppl in the pic don't like to be posted let me know I'll put a different pic up :)
