I went in today for lunch for the veggie wrap and a smoothie. This is the BEST veggie wrap I have had thus far. The ingredients was fresh and the filling was perfect. The smoothie was blended well and didn't have the chunks of ice like some of the other Tropical Smoothies around town. Last but not least; I can't forget the AWESOME customer service. I was greeted when I came in and the young man who fixed my wrap brought me my wrap and said have a nice day. Its the little words that mean a lot. Keep up the GOOD work Mahan because it doesn't go unnoticed.
They make bomb smoothies and have a super friendly team. However don’t get the three cheese quesadilla. It’s $8 for a grilled tortilla with almost no cheese.Update: They contacted me to make things better which was perfect.
I love that they have vegan meat but sometimes over salted. It becomes difficult to eat the whole sandwich due to saltiness. The sides are super small and sometimes smoothies are not well blended at this specific location

Wow. These guys are stellar, we came in with a group of 20 people and they flew right through us with incredible service. They were fast and very patient with us and had great attitudes. All the food was incredible too and every single one of us had our orders correct. Highly recommend. Great experience!

My smoothie and sandwich were both very good, and the service speed was about average for a tropical smoothie cafe. Not fast, but steady service. I didn't notice a sign saying they were closed for dining inside, though most of their chairs are currently stacked on tables. They also have some boxes and such in a few nooks of the restaurant, as if they are being stored out in the open. Overall I had a good experience, and I think you will be happy with your trip to this tropical smoothie cafe.
The smoothie was good and the staff was nice but it smelled funny when I walked in and it was really dirty a dirty. I've never seen a tropical smoothie so dirty on the inside usually they are really clean... I was just a little bit grossed out.
The one on Lafayette Pl has the NICEST staff and the food/smoothies are always wonderful! John, Anna, and Rebecca always make sure to greet everyone with kind faces. They’re all very on top of the orders and costumer satisfaction!
Smoothies are so watered-down that all the flavor is gone!
