I ordered 2 different smoothies and 2 Chocolate chunk cookies and a Snickerdoodle cookie and when I got my order and saw I didn’t get my Chocolate Chunk cookies I complained on DoorDash because I believe if you order something and don’t receive it you should absolutely get your money back for the item(s) you didn’t receive. I ordered the cookies for my kids. That made me upset. I definitely won’t be ordering from them again.
Love tropical smoothie, and this location is no exception! The service is fast, and the smoothies are great! My personal go tos are mocha madness and sunrise sunset.

Great except my smoothie was made wrong lol um what's the point of charging .99 per add in to not add them in...does it go on some commission check? And couldnt get my receipt for my rewards so.....just wasted 9 dollars

It doesn’t matter if there’s 10 workers in there or 3. You won’t get served or your order taken. Watched 3 people behind me get their order taken while no one helped me and I was in front. Don’t waste your time. A lot of them probably never had a job before. I’d rather go elsewhere.

Can’t speak to the food, but no complaints at all with the smoothies! Quick service, and have never had any problems with any orders—even large group ones.
I went in 3/11/21 at 5 pm and the cashier was sitting on her phone while I waited for her to acknowledge me. She was also wearing a firehouse shirt which is weird. Another customer walked in to ask a question and she clearly did not want to be there. I get not wanting to be at work, but you should never let your customers know. Then two of the workers were arguing about who’s turn it was to make the smoothie while I was standing there. They also didn’t even make the right smoothie. Horrible.
