I ordered online half an hour ago, stood in line for over 10 mins and they hadn't even started it. They also looked like they didn't really care. This is my first experience and I'm never coming back.
Trying to place an order and instead of taking my order dude with all the piercings just looks at me and continues to do stuff in the back, then when I said I wanted to place an order dude just gets all disgusted
I don't do this often but when I do its a big deal I have to give a shoutout to an absolute gem by the name of Miguel, Not only was he helpful and patient when I explained I had lost my receipt for a discount smoothie but the smoothies he made were simply delicious. Please continue to share that light you have with other people Miguel! Good Vibes :)
Found hair in one of my flatbread wraps. and when we tried to get refund, they ignored us.
My smoothie was fine as was my experience at the register. The problem comes when a single employee doesn't wash his hands,wear a head covering or a face mask. I witnessed him move from food item to smoothies with no effort to stay food safe. The other employee was fully engaged and compliant with health safety standards. This occurred on friday 6/19/20 around 1:45pm.
I frequent this TS and today I had the WORST service. I stood at the register to be greeted for about 5 minutes, no one even looked my way. After my order was taken, I watched Janie (the girl making my wrap) joke around and play around with her coworker (hoping it was not the manager because he was extremely unprofessional). It took Janie 15 minutes to make my wrap and it was still missing ingredients. I am highly dissatisfied with this location and will advise family/friends to avoid!

I got a Beach Bum with pb and a Ultimate Club without tomatoes. The Beach Bum came out quickly and was awesome as I come to expect from other locations. Then my girlfriend and I watched the worker preparing the sandwiches take 12 minutes to prepare a single sandwich, during that time she touched her hair with her glove twice without changing them, put wilted lettuce on our sandwich and almost added tomatoes to it. It's a good thing we aren't allergic. Extremely disappointed
I ordered the salted Caramel smoothie paid $1 up charge for oats (which were not in the smoothie), bananas were rotten and in dirty water, so I asked if it could be substituted for mango. I was pressed for time and was unable to get a refund. Very disgusting and won’t eat here again! P.s the smoothie was sour.
As a customer I've been here several times and when I walk up to the counter the staff don't speak or acknowledge. They just continue working as if nobody is waiting at the counter.
