I usually have good experiences with this location but not recently. The staff was very rude and my Bahama Mama smoothie was nasty. I believe this was done out of spite. I have already shared this experience with this location on the website and have not heard back from the owner yet. I do not recommend.
I’ve never been to a tropical smoothie that had some of the rudest people. This location evening employees are not friendly, no customer service, no greeting, and literally had me waiting at least 5-6 minutes before approaching me to place my order. On top of that I was the only customer in there. I’ll never go back to this location.
This location has issues; wrong orders, rude cashiers, dirty bathrooms. Do not recommended. They have some new staff that are trying but they've been sub-par for a long time.Update: evening staff is awesome. Tried going a different time of day and it made a difference.
Amazing service from both Emma’s working late Friday night so friendly and very like able. They were both so funny and started a conversation with me and my friend right off the bat. And not to forget the AMAZING smoothie that we received. 10/10 Emma and Emma did an awesome job.
Couldn’t even reach this horrid cafe because their phone is a cell phone that goes straight to a full voicemail. You just lost business.
The place was very dirty. I had the urge to pick up a broom the all 10 minutes I was there. It's too bad because the smoothies are good but we all know that when the front of the store is that nasty the back of the counters can't be much better.

Great place to bring kids. There is a nice pavilion with public restrooms.
My experiences are normally good at tropical smoothie but, it wasn't this time I placed in an online to this location but somehow even though I double and triple checked my order was sent to the Thomasville location.They told I could call other location and cancel the order and just reorder it at this one. I called that location and they told me I could not cancel the order.This frustrated greatly cause I had no way to get to the Thomasville location and this location was within walking distance from were I lived so I ended up just being out the money I paid for the food I never received
OMG this place is GREAT‼️The ppl are SUPER friendly.... LIKE REALLY Friendly AND helpful with selections if you yourself don't know what to get‼️They helped me & I had the acai drink BOMB Baby & the 3 Cheese Chicken quesadilla.... OMG BOMB‼️
