I’ve called so many times to file a complaint about my order and no one answered the phone. Not only did they mess up my smoothie after i explained that I have an allergy to banana but there was paper in my food. I wouldn’t be so mad if it was only the smoothie but the fact that I was eating paper with my food was not cool.
I showed up… no one greeted me. I had to stand awkwardly at the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge me. There was only one other customer in the building waiting. Then they made the person that showed up behind me their food and smoothie before mine. Overall, the service was kinda terribleI came back to review again…. Dropped from 3 stars to 1 because the service actually got worse. ?
I order from tropical smoothie at least 6 times a week and the location I use the most is the one in Tennessee Street. The reason for this is because they are consistent with how to make the smoothies and I don’t ever really have to wonder if it will be a juice once I go inside for my order and a lot of the staff remembers their regulars and always try to deliver your order with precision, politeness, & speed!!!

very nice and efficient staff but my smoothie was just not good:/ was blended very poorly and had a bunch of fruit and ice chunks in it…hard to drink.
I really used to love this location. Over the past few months the quality of service has diminished each visit. Today the sandwich I ordered was made wrong, almost burnt, soggy, and looked like someone stomped on it. Very disappointed.
Need employees but the smoothies were great as always.
Placed an order and paid using their online app. About 15 min later, received a txt that the order was "Complete." Went to the store to pick it up. Store person claims they never received the order. I showed her the "order complete" txt and just got a blank look. Had to stand there for 15 more minutes while they prepared the order. BEWARE OF TROPICAL SMOOTHIE ONLINE APP, I DOESN'T WORK EVERY TIME.
Every other tropical Smoothie location in Tallahassee, has better service ; go around the block
Pretty yummy smoothies and wraps definitely a good quick lunch :)
