Came into this establishment at 9:23pm, I am from out of town and looking for a nice place to get dinner after work. Saw it closed at 11 and thought it was the place for me.I came in and asked to sit at the bar, a young man with long blonde hair told me they had just done last call. I was shocked and asked if they closed at 11pm he said yes. I then asked again if last call just happened he said yes for alcohol and asked if I was picking up an order. I asked why they were closing early, he said because it’s summer. I left and was honestly confused because I work in hospitality. Summer is the busiest time of the year. Overall Madison’s Social hosted me.Update: Keith (GM) reached out to me, of course I came in to check it out the second time. I am a true believer of going with the flow. I came in sat at the bar and my wonderful bartender Ty took great care of me and gave me some awesome recommendations.I had the fried pickles with the spicy ranch which were amazing. Pickles are the best honestly. For my dinner I had the Cowboy skillet it was the perfect combination of everything. I enjoyed it all. I luckily came in on Lady’s night, so all cocktails were half off. Ty is 120% an amazing bartender all of my drinks were great! Throughout my dinner we had great convo which is comforting for eating alone. Spoke to the Manager at the time Teena after I had paid for my bill and just expressed how great everything was from food to the staff. Overall I highly recommend Lizzys Cantina, the management, staff (ask for Ty!), and also the food was phenomenal.

We just loved the atmosphere. The food and drinks were wonderful. We also enjoyed the server we had. He was very sweet and attentive.

Great place for good food and a fun, young vibe! This town arguably doesn't have the best food scene (sorry Tally) but this place makes up for it! Who doesn't like tacos?!!Although, I wouldn't classify it as gourmet, the food here is the best bang for you buck! Pair that with a large beer selection and all the games on the flat screens and you have the makings of a great Sunday Funday!!The manager (Keith?) stopped by our table and was super charming and friendly making sure we had everything we wanted. He even went the extra mile with chatting up my girlfriend who had a rough morning and left her smiling and laughing by the time he walked away. Thanks for the hospitality!!

I visited on 2/19/22 for a second time and was completely disappointed again. I have to say this time amazingly was as bad if not worse than the 1st time. The first time my food was cold and the shredded cheese wasn't even melted. This time we ordered the sampler which included chips, salsa, guacamole and queso cheese. The guacamole was brownish and the cheese was burnt. We sent the cheese back and the waiter returned and explained that the cook knows the cheese is burnt. Really the cook knows that the cheese is burnt and he served anyway? I will never go back to this restaurant.

Good food, friendly workers, great location

Tin Lizzy’s is a fun place to go with friends especially if you’re looking for fun in a college based area. The food was great and prices are fairly reasonable. Staff was nice but it did take a while to be greeted and served. Other than that, a nice place if you’re looking for late night food.

The food is always amazing. This is one of my favorite restaurants. However I never get good service when I come here. Or really any service. It takes 20 minutes to even get a server to ask for drinks. I understand a lot of businesses have labor shortages, but when I went to the restaurant there was only one other table in the restaurant. The last few times I have came here too, the workers are commonly sitting together talking. I’ve had to ask for to go boxes and my bill from other workers because I got so tired of waiting. It’s such a shame because the food is so good :/

Went here last week.Almost no beers were on tap, the beer I got after 4 or 5 tries was the flattest I've ever had.Found a hair in my salsa. Which after getting a replacement, the chips were burnt to a crisp. The salsa we did get tasted watery and flavorless.Queso was somehow not available.I ordered steak tacos and it felt like eating warm shoe leather.I'd give 0 stars. This place has fallen off.

the best tex mex place near FSU!! the southern comfort taco is to die for! great food and service:)

Food was terrible, the majority of our meals were unseasoned and bland. You call that a salsa? It’s tomato paste with zero flavor. Get better. Water tasted like plastic
