We ordered on our mobile app and set it for curbside pick up. Waited an extra 30 minutes past our pickup time. So we went in. The girl who helped us gave our food to another couple without even asking their name. The girl just assumed the name on the ticket was for someone who was waiting inside, not at curbside pick up? No one ever came out to ask if we had been helped or what our name was. We finally got our food and it didn’t have our sauces or salsa. Everytime we come to this location we are missing something or it takes longer than promised. This time we barely even got it. Thanks to the chefs who remade the food for us and gave us extra chips.(the food tasted fantastic!)
How did I forget about this place!? I haven't been to Tijuana Flats in a couple of years then someone suggested it to me for our lunch get together. I won't forget it sgain! The food was every bit as good as I remember it being!! I HIGHLY recommend this place!
This is the worst excuse for a eatery, we waited for an hour with a group of students on a trip and never got our food. We were told the order ticket had been thrown in the trash !! Did the staff try to get us taken care of NO! They said they had other orders to handle! After a heated depart we were able to get a refund!! It was not easy!! So 9 kids and 2 got back on the bus with No lunch!!
My family and I come here often and also order taco meal kits to go. Every experience has been great. Orders correct, food fresh, and great service.
This location has employees that hate customers without masks. They are also incapable of putting toppings on food that you order. They instead give the customers the toppings and insist that their customers do their job. I have had an unpleasant experience every time that I have ordered at this location due to their employees. If you are going to not put toppings on food then you need to tell the customer that while you are taking their order. I don't have these issues at other Tijuana flats. Avoid this location!
We had a chance to eat at this location since we had to wait for our SUV to charge and WOW we we impressed since this was our first time eating at a Tijuana Flats and will not be our last. We were greeted immediately and walked through the menu and salsa bar. We were so impressed we bought gift cards as they were running a special so this will be our lunch spot when we charge once a week. We would like to recognize Ms Meredith as well the new Mgr she was awesome and made our experience even better so give this location a try the food is FRESH AND AMAZING!!!
Go here! The staff is so friendly, and food was delicious (we had chips and flautas). Would love to have one of these in Texas! I really appreciated the murals as well?
For a faster food experience, this is good. The tacos are great. And I love the hot sauce bar.
Being in the service industry I understand how employees are hard to find. However I’ve been coming to this location since it has opened at least once a month. The management here has become non existent, further customer service and common sense seem to have no place in this establishment any longer. I’m allergic to lettuce and have told them this every time I’ve come in. The last three times I’ve come in…lettuce finds its way in my plate. This time, I sent it back, and they brought it out again with lettuce on it. This time I got up and took it back to them saying it still had lettuce in there (it was very apparent) they had tried to give me the same plate and tried to remove the lettuce but it was clearly all over the plate. The lady actually had the stupidity to come ask me if I would like a refund or if they should remake it… no I came to order something from your place only to not eat…. Needless to say… I won’t be going back!
