Ok so can someone please explain to me why In the world has taken them 37 minutes to prepare a single burrito with meat and cheese and 2 two stack tacos with beef only. I was patient. I kept looking at my phone waiting. I patiently asked about it and the gentlemen that was in the front kindly said that it my order was going to be next. Well 15 minutes passed and they were taking out orders even from people that were ordering behind me. The only difference was that I was not Caucasian looking and all of them that ordered were. The only non Caucasian people were the 2 employees in the front with green shirts, me that had a beard (Spanish looking) and two other customers. All of them got their food and I still had to wait 37 minutes for a single burrito and 2 tacos. Are we going back to the days that non whites were just left without any service or discriminated against. I feel like this place didn't value me at all. That all got their food . I was patient and still was just given an excuse that they just received a lots of orders, I asked the manager what about the people after me that they ordered and they have their food. What they get to have the food and not me. He just shrugged and started to mumble.What's wrong with this place ! Never again and I don't recommend it for nothing in the world. It's crazy that a place that fixes TexMex food (predominantly Spanish food) be treating me (a non white person) like this. We should all be treated equal . I don't ask for special accomodations or non of that. I see myself equal to everyone else no matter what race are you. Apparently they don't. They lost my business here. At least in this location of Mahan next to the Goodwill store. I'm done!
35 minutes for one chimichanga.I ordered a chimichanga meal, on-site, at 7:47 PM. Several people getting their orders ahead of me later, I got my food at 8:22. That's 35 minutes for what turned out to be a nearly empty excuse of a morsel that I didn't almost see it buried under all the chips.An apology, an explanation, would have been helpful. Nope. I didn't take down names, but it was Tuesday, May 24. The place was NOT full and did not appear busy at all. Now, I know it's the "hangry" talking right now, so I might have made a scene while in a deep delirium.... but that was not my fault.Post me a good apology, and I promise I'll take this post down.
Great food, fast service and great drinks
I like getting my Tacos here, very tasty. But I wish there were a greater selection of sauces.
Took a little longer than normal, and longer than projected when placing the order online, but good as usual.
Came in at open and we overheard the cashier telling the guest in front of us that the register was down for a few minutes. 30 min later they still have not said anything to us at all and just stayed in the back. Very poor service and manners. The manager that had black hair and glasses is a good reason for the company to hire new staff for this location.
So I used to go to this restaurant with my dad years ago and I finally decided to try it again, well the food was terrible the service was good and nice but the food was truly not worth my money.However as soon as I was finishing my chips there were two long black hairs in my food , I thought to my self I didn’t know they served hair with ur food. But the staff were very respectful and gave me a refund , but if your looking for good service that’s the place to be. But be cautious of who is making the food that u eat and make sure u pay close attention to ur food before u eat. All though if I ate another persons hair because the staff doesn’t have hair nets that is just low not safe at all, we are still fighting a pandemic like come on guys .
Ordered through app. Waited 54 minutes for food that said it would be ready in 22 minutes. Food was decent but wait was not acceptable. No real apology for the wait. Restaurant was not busy at the time.
Solid tex mex. Food is good, comes out fast. Taco Tuesdays can't be beat. App perks are fantastic. Love my Tijuana flats on Mahan.
Unfortunately this location has really gone downhill recently. We’ve had several bad meals and, most recently, inedible food from this location. Maybe it’s new management or something, but avoid for now. Not good!
