Great little place. The owner is a one person show. He does it all. After taking our order, I watched him wash his hands. Very good and deserves the high rating. Order inside and sit outside. Besides good sandwiches, hopefully you will spend a few minutes talking to the owner about the area, what has changed, and the different places he has been. Very unique. We walked literally across the street from the Hyatt House. Next time, we’ll stay for a few days and explore. Stop by the Red Caboose.
Had the Grilled Cheese combo that with a side of their homemade Mac & Cheese, both were delicious & only $5!
Stopped here when exploring the art area. This guy runs this by himself for the most part, doing everything! Meatball Sub was great and the cheese sandwich was excellent. The cucumber side was a little hot. You may wait a little while if it’s busy, but it’s worth it. Owner can seem a little frantic, but hey, he makes great sandwiches. Chill out and relax while you wait.

Pete the owner makes you feel right at home with great customer service and delicious culinary creations! The menu is small, but everything is made from scratch and a a true delight for your taste buds. The homemade sausage was out of this world! Pete gave us a great history of the name of his gastropub, and the surrounding community. This will be on our must visit list anytime we are in the area!

Great local spot serving sausage dogs out of an old train caboose. Don’t worry they have vegan options too. Outside seating, good beer selection, and seasonal specialty sausages make this a must for everyone.
