Nice enough staff, venue and food but I'm not returning: the wait is always too long, they seem perpetually understaffed and today I along with several others were starting to really lose our patience as we waited for our food/drinks. I demanded a refund and was given one but I can't wait 75 minutes with two kids for three bagel sandwiches. To the Bagel Market management:, if you don't have the staff/capacity to provide (reasonable) service, then curtail your operation.
Average at best. Usually don’t have all the products for everything on their menu OR they leave items out of the order. Good luck!

I work nearby and absolutely love stopping in every once in a while for a coffee, chai latte, bagel, or pastry. While they may be understaffed on occasion, the food is always prepared as quickly as possible and by some very sweet people! I would rather wait 10 minutes longer to support a local small business.
went this morning, ordered 2 bagels, one everything and one plain, toasted, bacon scallion and veggie cream cheese. got veggy cream cheese and regular cream cheese, one toasted, everything not toasted. 1 person ahead of us. This is the 3rd time. Used to be so good.
You know a place is good when there is always a line! Bagels and choice of food is very good! I ALWAYS get a sandwich and strawberry latte!!! Service and staff are wonderful...even with a little bit of a wait! This place has been so good to us (my group and I) that we have reserved space every other week!!! And we look forward to our meetings here! Yes, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SPOT?‼️
Went in around 10 - 10:30am on a Sunday. Not terribly busy, there was a family outside and two tables inside, and one person in front of us in line. We stood there in line for 10+ minutes without being acknowledged at all. The two employees we saw looked very busy and I have to imagine they are stressed and trying to keep up. I do wish they had said something, like "good morning, we will be with you in a few minutes", or "it will be about 15 minutes". I also wish they had been masked considering the ongoing pandemic and that they are handling food. Unfortunately they never looked at us and we did not have time to wait with hungry kiddos, so we had to leave and go elsewhere. Maybe we will try again another time.
Bagel market does not miss. The bagel flavors are delicious and the prices are fair. I come to Tallahassee only a few times a year and I always make it my mission to come here multiple times during my trip. Yes they run out of flavors fast and yes they are understaffed, but that doesn’t get in the way of what really matters, the food. When 20 people come in to order breakfast sandwiches within a few minutes of course they are gonna be stressed out, just be patient and wait people. 10/10, ???.
Best bagel place, but with more options than just bagels. Green smoothies, good coffee, sandwiches & salads!! Great little local spot, must stop by.
