Will never go back again!!!!!!! They forgot to give me two items in my bag and when I told them they told me that I was lying and stealing food. I had my three kids in the car and felt horrible being I show my kids not to lie and steal and now I have these people yelling that at me. I spent a little over $40 there and was just asking for what I paid for. Just rude people that hate their job.
Even though they were out of A LOT OF STUFF, the staff was really friendly and the food was fresh and good!! They really handled the situation well!! I know that it's not their fault that there's a shortage of everything!!??♀️??♀️??
The food was fresh and delicious! You have to ask for sauce though because they don't offer it to you or automatically put it in your bag.
The food is, basically, edible. After eating authentic Mexican food & street food, it's a really let down. This will do in a pinch... Like you haven't eaten in 10 hours.
Uh.... kinda suffering with sticker shock. Took the family 3 of us total. Had 3 tacos each, 1 chalupa and 2 drinks were included. $39.00 +. WTH??? last time go there. They charged and extra $6.40 to change six tacos from beef to chicken. Seriouly??? I'm good.
The absolute worst! I was the 7th car in the drive-thru line, and each car ahead of me took 4 to 5 minutes!! So it took over 30 minutes to get my order. To make it worse, the taco shells were broken and the food was cold. Take my advice, do NOT go there (unless you like waiting in line).Btw, this is the total opposite of how it was before. All the good reviews you see about fast service.. that's apparently a thing of the past. Also, the slow service wasn't just a one-time event. Long waits seems to be their norm now, even on days when it's not usually that busy. Sad to see.
Jayveon customer service was amazing!!!! He had such a positive and great attitude! He should be the face of the Taco Bell here while the other ladies here had such a horrible attitude. If you don’t want to work there get a new job simple. Customer service is everything
TACO BELL on North Monroe Street is horrible. Found hair in my food and the manager acted as though this was common. She did not refund my money but wanted to give me coupons for free food on my next visit. No next visit for me.
Ordered 35.00 worth of food and this crew literally refused to serve my food!She said they were too short staffed to complete my meal. Got ripped off ,They charged me 35.00 and refused to make the food and refused a refund. They simply felt “ENTITLED” to my hard earned money. I got Nothing for my money! Nothing!THEFT is what that is. I have video and I’m disputing the charge on my debit card. Please note the many disgusting health code violations! Apparently Taco Bell is now the same as panhandlers, if you want disease and theft go here, that’s all they got to offer!!!!!!!
The GM Roderick is very sweet. However, the way his employee Christine talks to the younger employees is terrible. She is rude & has bad customer service. She rolls her eyes and mumbles when she gets complaints. She needs to be fired. This is ridiculous
