Great prices as long as you don't get drinks. Food is usually good and made to order but the drove thru can be slow so be prepared to sit for atkeast 5 to 15 mins during busy times.
This one has the order kiosk i personally like ordering through a person and not a germ kiosk. What little staff interaction we had was nice. Place seemed clean except the floors were really slippery. Our food was cold but we also went late at night.
Great food always fresh. And the girl that’s always in the drive through is awesome. I don’t know here name but she deserves a raise. Y’all know who I’m talking bout. When I leave my orders always right and I never check it it’s always on point.
Ate there yesterday, worst show for steak n shake EVER. they've changed up to no servers and the "NEW" select what you want on your burger computer screen adds random items to your ticket with no confirm your order is correct screen (you need human interaction!!). They removed items from the menu that brought us back many times to the chain, sadly.....we will miss the royal burger, are eggs that hard to cook? and wont be returning for this new "rendition" of mcdonalds. you better wake up SnS, people aren't goin to like this........
I ordered a double steak burger with bacon. With an extra steak burger and extra tomato! No bun, combo.The food was cooked to order therefore so hot so fresh and surprisedly fast!!All for less than $13.00The restaurant was clean and the staff we're engaging and kind. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and will be returning.
This location literally sucks. We pulled up and tried to order a shake at 10:50, and they said “we are no longer making shakes”, at Steak and SHAKE. The person taking our order also acted like us putting in our order was an inconvenience to them and was super rude to us. Honestly completely dissatisfied.
Mostly empty building no more servers or customer service just kiosks and workers that appear and disappear faster than you can ask for anything. The food proportions were way different than the kiosk photos and when I pointed this out I was scrutinized by the manager. Poor sights for the future of this chain. Sad to see the customer experience be taken out of the equation.
Drive thru went quicker than I thought it would. Milkshakes are always good. Surprisingly the cotton candy shake was amazing! Got the single butter burger which was just okay. The fries were just okay also.
We don't do fast food much and it's been a long time since we were here. We were looking for the "Please Wait To Be Seated" sign but instead it's "order at the kiosk". There are no waitresses. There are two kiosk right in plain sight on the counter straight ahead with big handwritten signs that says out of order so we are terribly confused... the one guy that is grilling burgers looks at us but then immediately turns his attention back to the grill... eventually we do turn around and see 2 kiosks behind us. We both said to each other he could have gestured towards the kiosk really I mean if he's busy with his hands just give a look and a nod so we know to turn around and look behind us. So we got our order in and it was 20 minutes before the food came out; that's way too long for fast food. The food was decent and my ice tea was good but he got Dr. Pepper and it was nasty so he poured it out and got Coke and it was nasty so he poured it out and got iced tea.
Leah and the rest of the staff are very rude! I used to work fast food and I hated it honestly and I was very unprofessional honestly! But what I had to learn is that if I don’t like a job or the customers are annoying is to think about what I’m working for and what I have to do to put myself in a better position to where I don’t have to deal with things like bad management or unreasonable customer’s! Whoever is a higher up needs to speak to the staff that work there because my experience was awful!
