The barista at Starbucks was horrible date was 6/8/22 at 12:36. I went through the drive through and took us 10 minutes to get our drinks and would not give us our drinks clean. the cups were filthy and when we asked for napkins I know she heard us but closed the drive through window and we waited to get a cup of water and another drink for 8 more minutes it was ridiculous and management is horrible for making their workers wear masks after mandates are lifted. U want more quality customer service go somewhere else because you aren’t gonna get it here.
This is a smaller Starbucks that currently has outdoor seating only due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The staff here is always friendly and responsive. A shout out to Saied who fled Syria because of the war. He's always a great barista!
Came through today broke, zoned out, beat down, rode hard and put up wet. These people welcomed me into their business with a smile, and allowed me not only to loiter but to do so in the air conditioning and with a glass of ice water that made all the difference. Not all heroes wear capes, I appreciate you guys more than you realized that day.
Great staff very friendly. This one opens very early during the week, I usually stop by around 5:30am.
Best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Hade a great and creative recommendation board, and free samples of what is now my new favorite coffee. Great place!
ẞrwvice rep was extremely rude and bad attitude with me. Will not revisit store àgain, I'm a manager for restaurants and anyone that would have spoken to me the way she did would have been fired on the spot by any of my management over me very disappointed with the attitude and disrespect from this individual
North monroe location. Drive through. Great staff, friendly baristas (one of them always remembers my name) good drinks, but it can get expensive. Lucky Goat tastes better for the same price. No bad experiences here.
Love this location! The baristas are always so friendly, they always have fun drink suggestions and their mobile ordering is always on point.
I asked for no whip but they gave me almost a fourth of acup of foam which annoys me, I'm paying ridiculous money for coffee and that's what I want not foam.
This particular Starbucks has some of the rudest employees and longest wait times, even if there’s no one inside and no one in drive-thru.
