Coffee good as always but you can't earn points at a Target Starbucks....Boo!

I always stop at this Starbucks on my way home when I’m Tallahassee. Today I ordered my usual, medium Verona blend and a medium iced triple Esspresso with vanilla sweet cream foam. The today was $12.69. I questioned it(after I paid). She had added a cold foam. They figure out how to return my $. They call someone, they can’t fix it. Call 2nd person. They come and go to customer service to get my receipt. “It’ll only be 5min. I’ve already been waiting 15. Guy comes back with the receipt. Wants me to go with him to customer service. Since my coffee is now not hot, they have to get me a new one. THEY BREW A WHOLE NEW POT. Now I have to wait for that!!! Guy comes back with my receipt, can I go with him to customer service to get my$. I have to edit for my new coffee. He come back with my change. Says sorry. Not sorry enough. I should have gotten my order free at this point. #unhappycustomer
Consistent quality and reasonable service. I always struggle with the high end prices.

I really wanted a holiday drink. So we came to the closest Starbucks which is in Target. To find out they closed early today. Not Cool.
Inside target location. Friendly staff, espresso was made right. Covid has taken cream and sugar off the floor and you have to ask the baristas for it
Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to, they don’t fill your drink up at all. I paid 9$ for a half filled venti.
