Friendly staff, quick service and the drinks have all been great! However, the reason for 3 stars is location. This is easily one of the worst locations I’ve seen for a Starbucks. It’s on one of the busiest roads (Tennessee St.) and right on an intersection. The traffic here can get really bad, especially when everyone’s trying to get Starbucks.
Turned away at opening time. Absolutely zero sense of customer acknowledgement, I walked here at close to 5:30am (opening time) to grab a coffee and there were several people inside. A lady refused to let me in but didn't say anything to me, just shook her head. It's one thing if the store wasn't ready to operate for the day, but it was already opening time and several people were inside. Unfortunate experience, because the few times I was here, it was a great experience. Though with an attitude like that towards a customer, I'll stick to the Dunkin' across the street.
Ordered a Frappuccino got home to scoop off the whip cream (which I asked for none but didn’t want to be bothersome and have them replace it) to discover that the whole center of my Frappuccino was full of whip cream. As someone who worked at a Starbucks for a year I was shocked. They clearly didn’t make nearly enough and filled it with whip cream out of laziness. Super glad I just wasted $7 bucks here.
Its pretty good I haven't had it in a while there coffee is good pretty much everything is good the employees are nice most of the time?but there always nice pretty much
Even when there’s an inconvenience my coffee still tastes amazing and I appreciate the hard workers there.
I went to this Starbucks today at around 11:30 and got the worst service ever. It took them 15 to finally come up to me and take my order, didn’t even get greeted. Then they charged me $2 more making my drink $8 and I’ve never paid that EVER. I get the same drink every single time it’s suppose to be $6.67. THEN they completely messed my order up. COMPLETELY! Then ignored me when I said something. I don’t think I will ever go there again.
Decent coffee but usually a huge line that goes out into the street and disrupts traffic. There’s a Starbucks in target that’s never busy and it’s right next door.
You just have to love the place. Simply a great location with great Staff.Thanks for making my day.

This chain is becoming exceedingly expensive. We often go to the café @ Barnes & Noble now instead.
