I had purchased egg bites in the drive thru. Unfortunately the packaging was faulty and they fell through the bottom and into the dirt while I was walking.The issue is that there is no way for me to contact the store to request a refund. The phone rings endlessly when I try to call. I would go back physically, but I can’t today.

Nice friendly staff. Really painfully slow internet. Nice selection of grab ‘n go snacks and food.

drink was very well made, but the front person at the register named Starla was quite unpleasant. not the best customer service, but the people on the bar side made up for this experience with the amazing drink and chit chat!

There was the longest line I've ever waited in, just to get to the front and order a iced vanilla coffee and I expressed repeatedly that I wanted EXTRA cream and sugar and when I finally paid and got my coffee is was bland as hell.

CJ is doing a killer job. Excellent customer service and attitude when working. He needs a raise!

What can I say about a Starbucks, hmm...Well, the young and bubbly employee handling drive-thru orders was kind without being robotic & sweet without sounding insincere.Knocked off a star because they were out of a bunch of stuff, which is fine, I wouldn't knock 1 off normally for that. However, the person helping us just blanket statement said they don't have any breakfast-related items available. But... all I wanted was a croissant and any cheese available. I don't eat eggs so the menu options normally available I didn't want anyway. Very simple and I know Starbucks can easily accommodate this. And they had both these items. So... why not sell it to me? Charge me for the egg sandwich if you must, I don't care (for reference I also order this same sort of off menu item at Dunkin' Donuts everytime without issue).This may seem wrong to some, but me knocking off a star for the almighty Starbucks on a single order won't effect them in the slightest, so I did it anyway. Starbucks prides itself on it's customer service, and rightfully so.Please, if this is a computer issue, get your coders on that. If it's employee-based, teach them how. If it's management, well that's just silly, you're losing money. And no matter what, if you have it and I'm willing to pay extra for ingredients I was going to request not be in there in the first place, why is this even happening?Food for thought (though no food for me this time ? )

Staff is super friendly
