I used to love to come here, but now you can't go without being pestered for money.
Love this place when I'm in town. The staff here is so fun.
I went in for my pickup order after having what was easily one of my top ten of not top five worst days of my life. I usually run in grab my order and go—Covid. I really wanted something warm on my stomach though so I went to the counter. The barista had greeted me when I came in but as I looked at sandwiches I spoke with her and went into more detail about my day. I picked a sandwich snd went to pay snd the barista kindly insisted that she pay because I deserved something nice after such a rough day. It was one of the most kind things and just warmed my heart. THAT is why, even with my espresso machine at home, I go to Starbucks. The people, the place, it has a soul that sometimes just heals you from the day.

Don't order at the counter. If you do, you'll wait till everybody's mobile orders are done. Very disorganized behind the counter. Not a good example of a Starbucks. No more masks required though.
Went here during Red Cup Day 2021. Despite the surge, the staff was polite, quick, and were doing the job like a well oiled machine.
