We parked to place an order waited 20 minutes. Pulled out and went through drive-thru waited additional 15 minutes heard the workers laughing and talking instead of taking my order. I just pulled up to the window and placed it they were still laughing and talking including the manager a bunch of teenagers young people they need to be taught correctly how to be professional including the manager. Was not worth the wait!
The last three times I’ve ordered the ultimate meat and cheese burrito, which is something I have been getting for years when I go, has come with tomato and onions and never before has it done that. Why on earth would I have to specify no onions and tomatoes on an ultimate MEAT AND CHEESE burrito? It seems to be just this burrito that gets messed up because I’ve gotten the regular sausage burrito and no onions and tomatoes?
Worst sonic in Tallahassee. Serves is so slow. It’s not fast food if it take 20 mins to make a burger and mozzarella sticks and two drinks.We ordered on the app 5 minutes before we got there and still waited 20 minutes for our food to come out. There only one other car there, in the drive thur that came after us that got there food before us.Will go out of my way to go to the one of Monroe next time… they have prompt and friendly service.
Order a burger, simply ask for no ketchup. Get it and yes no ketchup... Nor any tomatoes or onions.... When i finally had to flag down a server, cause they placed me on hold and didn't answer their work phone, they at least handled the issue promptly and fixed it. Wouldn't have been so bad other than it's Florida hot and i had to run my truck to stay cool. Talk about the gas. Would have been better to go somewhere else... Cheaper to eat a restaurant i tell ya....
It was good food but it is quite horrible customer service. We pulled into one of the bays after ordering online through the app. It was very difficult to figure out what bay we were in there are no numbers on the menu. We waited 30min for our order to come out and they forgot my milkshake and we had to wait another 10min for that to be brought out to us.
I just went there and the cook was rolling my burrito and picking through it with no gloves on I kid you not.and when I asked about it they said it was corporate policy to not wear gloves
Long wait at drive through. I ordered a cheese burger all the way. Worst excuse for a burger I've ever seen. Barely any toppings. Pathetic. This Sonic has gone down hill. In the past I had many good burgers here with my wife. But that was two years ago.
The service was quick. Sadly, my order was incorrect. The receipt had what I wanted and didn't want on my burger. I was disappointed that my burger was not the way I had asked for it. And I was on a time crunch, so I was unable to return to get my order corrected. My advice is to check your food before leaving the restaurant. I haven't eaten at Sonic in a long time. I was hoping for a better experience.
Disgusting . 3/4/22 my receipt has the time 10:26pm . The young lady who i wont name needs to be talked to about proper food handling. I understand eating on the clock as employees are regular people too ! But eating in my face at the drive thru line , taking bites of food and rolling the rest between your fingers right before preparing my drink is a bit absurd .so busy eating she gave me a small drink instead of the large i ordered with no Mariana sauce for my sticks .
Been here twice now and the first time was greater than this last time. The first time we ordered on app and they didn't have pretzels so they offered a different food item to make up for it; it was great.This last time was not good at all. We ordered on app. Both burgers were made wrong and the coke was not soda. It tasted like the syrup was not in it or something. We called and asked, as the lady who gave us our food said, about getting it done right. Well then said about the burgers and they then told us they are out of ketchup and correct it without the ketchup. Then mentioned the soda and they said they could bring us another (they provided a medium even tho we ordered a Rt 44. So not the best experience. And I also got sick off of it too. It wasn't a good time. Won't be going back to this store.
