We usually use the check-in feature on the Sonic app and the service is quick + the food is good. If they forget anything we can just hit the button on the menu and get them to bring it out. The service in the drive thru is sometimes iffy but overall a good experience
I remember going to Sonic when it first opened on North Monroe. The servers came out on roller skates. Today I got a classic all American hot dog to help celebrate the Fourth of July ?
Burgers and fries are OK. Milkshakes are pretty good but a bit pricey unless you can catch one of their online specials.Service is good. Food comes out pretty quick and the Server is very nice.
It was kinda busy when i pulled up so it took a long time , but it really took too . BUT, the food was really good and it was hot and they gave us everything we may have needed and we didnt even ask for it .So even though it took a long time it kinda was ok cuz the food was GOOD/GOOD.
I used to really like going here but the customer service has slipped. Orders are not correct and it's something as simple as asking for no pickles add they put five on the burger??!! My wife ordered an all American dog w mustard ketchup and onion and got a order of chilli tots instead. No offer to discount the food for the messup or refund for the incorrect item?? Sad.
I’ve always pretty much had a good experience at this location due to service but however the stall area on the outside didn’t work even tho it’s Covid everyone doesn’t own a vehicle for their convenience of privilege to work in doors for a drive thru experience please fix there are homeless people living outside for a reason to improve better business policies to keep your employees employed as a privilege because yes we can leave and move forward but we just don’t wanna keep the inconvenience as customers/employees benefiting like that.
Staff was nice. The wait was over 12 minutes, hence the 3 stars. I can't say I would recommend the Diet cherry limeade. But, I would say it would be fine as a regular drink that's Not diet.
The drive thru experience was nice. The cashier was very polite....BUT I will say, the new French fries you guys have are nasty!!! I guess it's supposed to be Cajun or something.. they are thicker and a darker color. Remove them from the menu! Bring back the regular skinny fries. I was highly disappointed with them and if they are on the menu to stay, I will not be buying them again.
I really love sonic. Their tater toys are perfect. The coney dogs are great the bread is soft and the chili is good. Their crushed ice takes up so much room in the drink you don't get a lot of drink in them. I just always ask for no ice. It waters your drink down too much as well. The chicken is hot good and I love their burgers. They are big and the bacon is pretty good too. Their deserts are amazing. And the mixed flavoured drinks are really good too. I love it because they have something for everyone. If you have a family of picky eaters there's something for everyone.
We visited on a Sunday afternoon to get two cups of ice and a drink. The line only had a few cars in it, but it took over 20 minutes to get through. When we got up to the front, the person at the window was rude and dismissive. She handed us change that was *fifthly* When we requested cleaner change, the person at the window turned away and then handed us the same fifthly change.My understanding is that Kandi Lee—the store manager—was not on duty. If Ms. Lee sees this, please check into your Sunday afternoon staff. The service was terrible.
