Don't ask to have your cupcake cut in half because they will charge you for two! I ordered one cookies and cream cup cake for my two year old and I to share; I asked for the price of the cake and was told $3.50 when I got it I asked could she cut it in half because obviously any sane parent wouldn't give a two year old an entire cupcake. After she cut it she charged me $7.77 for a single cupcake overpriced cut in half cupcake. What was she charging me for the effort to simply cut the cupcake in half or the plastic fork and styrofoam bowl she put the other half into.
7:14pm on a Saturday night, sign noted they closed at 9pm...we walked in and the girl said “Just so you guys know these are the only 2 cupcakes I have left.” Just kind of odd to only have that available with 2hrs left of business hours, especially when previous times we have been, the cupcakes on display were minimal and the employee (not the same one) has offered to make any cupcake for us. Bummed customers.
Great cupcakes and great customer service! I stopped in yesterday right before closing thinking I would just get whatever they had available. They only had a few left but the friendly sales lady offered to make any flavor I wanted and had them ready in about 5 minutes! What a treat!!
The hardest part is deciding what to get so J have gone several times getting the small ones in a variety pack. Didn't really help cause J liked so many of them.
Very good cupcakes but also very expensive
So yummy! Hubby & I stopped by on a whim after dinner at Bonefish & we will 100% be back. Small shop but the cupcakes are AMAZING. Very rich and moist. We got a caramel, strawberry, cookies & cream and peanut butter cup. If I hadn’t just eaten a huge meal they wouldn’t have even made it home! Definitely recommend stopping here to satisfy your sweet tooth!
Very unhelpful staff with a “blank” stare. Unwilling to give two boxes for cupcakes going to 2 different counties. Was almost comical how unhelpful she was. Have always loved Smallcakes and will continue to frequent other locations that have willing/helpful/courteous staff and service.
