I want to do bad give this place 5 stars… but I don’t understand a slider and fries or chips place that’s doesn’t have Ranch. Ranch is just as important of a condiment as ketchup or bbq sauce.
The cuban, philly, and Nashville chicken sandwiches beat any other in town. All of the sliders are fantastic with beer, and the new onion rings are right on the mark. Like everything else Justo does, this is top tier food truck fare.

This is one of the best food trucks I’ve ever had and easily the best food in Tallahassee at this price point. The Honey Lavender Chicken Biscuit is an amazing sandwich that satisfied every southern chicken biscuit craving I’ve had on my Tallahassee visit. The Cuban is also excited very well and stacks up against the best south Florida Cubans. The Slide Hustle serves up food that would compete against the top restaurants in any foodie city. Definitely check it out!
Best Cuban in Tallahassee. Best philly in Tallahassee (Sunday’s only), and numerous other bangers on the menu. Get a Tallahassee craft beer at deep, and some food from these guys in the parking lot.
That Nashville Hot Chicken is delicious hot
Had the 'Merica and they were really tasty! Chips also good but would prefer fries.
