Great food, great atmosphere, Loved our amazing server (Jason, a junior at FSU too!). Visiting the area from a different part of Florida and I was really impressed with the friendly atmosphere. Definitely going to visit again!!
Waiter didn't even introduce himself when he came up to us, took forever to come and ask for our drink order, not a good vibe whatsoever, at all. I don't think I will give this place a second try . A nice place like that should treat all customers the same our money is just as legal tender as anyone else's. So sad plus they gave us paper straws... Yuck! Just don't give out straws. The tea tasted like toilet water it was bad. I'm glad we left before we ordered. I guess my skin was too dark for this place.
Not good. Came from out of town and was excited to have hibachi as this one had almost 5 stars. The fried rice was some of the nastiest I’ve ever had;completely bland, no seasoning or butter & a weird after-taste. The ginger sauce was also awful. The Yum Yum was manageable but could’ve honestly ate without it as it wasn’t really that good. The steak & Shrimp were cooked very well & were good. Service was also great. If you’re coming for service—this is a good place, if you’re coming to ACTUALLY eat, please choose somewhere else. Pretty sad because I came here since this one stayed open a little later and still left dissatisfied and everything else was already closing….
Very happy with the sushi take out from here. The interior of the restaurant feels very dark and did not smell right, so I am glad we did carry out. Large assortment of sushi rolls to choose from, even a secret sushi menu for those who ask…shhh…
It was a nice restaurant and their sushi was awesomeIt is one of the best in Tallahassee.I liked their Avocado salad. It was fresh and tasti. The sauce was awesomeI also like their Teriyaki Chicken. It was really tasty.
I was so disappointed in this restaurant. The website mentioned Saturday 12 to 4 30% off appetizers I drove into town 16 miles to be told I am sorry we have not updated our website, no discount. You would think they would honor their website listed as 2023.Thankfully for my family I remembered that there was a Nagora Steakhouse on the way home. Everyone was so friendly and the food was delicious. Thank you so much Nagora and thank you Sakura we will not return to your restaurant. May I add that I have never given any restaurant a negative review but in this case Sakura deserves it.
We had a great time! We ordered the Spicy combo, Vegetarian combo, and the Seminole roll on top of drinks and an appetizer. It came out to about $100 which was worth it for the quality! Highly recommend for date night!
No place is perfect but Sakura was sure close. Delicious understates the quality of the food. Sushi and Hibachi entrees were very good. Drinks were good too. The service was just a little slow and that is probably our only disappointment.
The sushi was good but did take quite a while. Also my miso soup came out lukewarm. Service was ok.
Great food, perfect service, good drinks and perfect atmosphere. We will return here soon for sure. I love how creative the sushi can be and the server was very attentive.
