You get a lot of food for a good deal. I’ve been here many times and the service is always fast. The food is hot, well seasoned, and cooked perfectly! Don’t forget to tip the employees.

The guy who took our order was new so we winged it and got bulgogi beef and general tso's. Both delicious. Noodles were good but a little bland. I'd double up on veggies with ginger sauce next time. Fried rice also very plain.

I really liked this place! If you get hibachi and skip the rice, you can eat pretty healthy and low-carb.If they would just go a little lighter on the salt, I could eat there three times a week. To be clear: it’s not more salty than generally usual in the US, but I’d prefer it lower - because ‘normal’ is already too much and unhealthy.

First time visitor. Came in and ordered on the computer, which I loved with my social anxiety issues. Food came out pretty quick. Ordered the Panko chicken with shrimp and some mini spring rolls. Absolutely fell in love with the chicken and shrimp and whatever the sauce is called they serve with it. Very plentiful, definitely taking leftovers home. I will definitely be coming back! Staff was very nice also!

Used to be a #1 Robotos fan. I can say with full confidence that I've ordered their Samurai Chicken with white rice more than I've ordered any restaurant item from any restaurant.Unfortunately the quality of food and service is taking a nose dive. I ordered a Samurai Chicken, with extra rice, yet received a very not-extra looking container, but was reassured by the employee that it was accurately extra. Sad plate.

I was very excited to go to Roboto. Very few places offer Chicken Katsu Curry. The associate at the counter did not know what type of vegetables are in the curry itself. When I received the order it was hot, the curry flavor itself was decent. You could tell it had been sitting for awhile, the vegetables were soft, not quite mushy yet. It honestly tasted like S&B mild/hot curry. The chicken Katsu was pounded flat to within less than a 1/4" of it's life; in some places closer to 1/8". I can say it was well breaded and fried. Because it was unevenly pounded out, some of it was like crispy breaded jerky. The rice was on the dry side, it had been sitting, and found a few hardened clumps in there.I wish I could say that I would go back, I might if I'm super lazy to cook, but for this price point, I can make a pot of rice and grab a box of S&B curry for $2.75 and drop some frozen vegetables in there myself to get twice as much curry and some chicken tenders from Popeyes.Yes, and the chicken Katsu had absolutely NO SEASONING as a stand alone. I've never had such a thing before.

I didn’t grab pictures of my food although it was delicious!! The service up front is very friendly too.I’ve been to this location twice now. The seating area isn’t great, although I didn’t mind too much. I noticed pretty full trash cans, and the ice machine ran out of ice. Could’ve been bad timing. The second time I noticed the miso sauce wasn’t out and there was trash on floor. All of that is cosmetic! The food and service is great! I recommend getting it togo :)

The quality of the food was good and there was a lot of it. The restaurant was clean. The service was good and fast.

Great, friendly staff.Awesome grub!!Fair pricing,....couldn't ask for much more.

I am only giving 3 stars right now because:1. I ordered the Bulgogi Beef and I was given hibachi steak with Bulgogi sauce. That brought 4 stars down to 3.2. I called the restaurant asking if they ran out of the Bulgogi beef because of what I was actually given. I was told NO that is the Bulgogi beef. I said no it isn't because I used to work there, I was a manager there so I used to prep the food, cook the food, and eat the food so I KNOW that wasn't Bulgogi beef! That brought 3 stars down to 1 stars.3. The gal on the phone gave "Ernie" (I think his name was) the phone and he said he would remake the food if I could go back and get it or give me a free meal for another day. I chose to go back. That brought the 1 star back up to 2.4. My husband drove back to Robotos on Mahan and FaceTime me and showed me what "Ernie" made and OMG, I swear, it was night and day from what the first entree looked like compared to the remake!!! Ernie brought the 2 stars up to 3 stars! I haven't had the chance to taste the food yet but because of Ernie I went back up to 3 stars...possibly 4 depending on the taste. And, I never have any problems with this location. The food is always good. This was my first upsetting experience. Thanks Ernie for taking care of me!
