This visit was very pleasant!! I was with my 3 year old son, sister and nephew. The cashiers were extremely polite to my son and kept giving him a high 5. It was very nice of them. One of them said that that day was her last day working there. I never got her name but thank you for being nice to my son :). The food was very good!!
Have gone back several times in between the year I last posted the one star and I am stuck in between because they have some good days and I mean really good days ,the pork and rice were fantastic to me but yet the person , I brought the chicken and rice for said the chicken wasn't done all the way and had to much fat ... Overall a good place , I do know we have our days but when it comes to chicken please cook it all the way....
I was Mr Chan's first employee at this Restaurant. Did 3 murals on the walls there ( including the Robot in outer space) left Tallahassee years ago, but fond memories of working there and food was delicious.. I recommend Samurai Chicken and Fried Rice.

One of my favorite places but serves is lacking at this location. Took a long time to get my good and person taking orders was not friendly. Seems like covid has really caused a downfall here.
I simply love that place. Staff is great, food is superb, and you can get the best possible desert right after. Thumbs up ?
The rice was a bit dry…compared to other locations. My meal (Shrimp Hibachi, fried rice & veggies) was nice, no discredit to the team necessarily but the veggies provided were literally just chopped veggies it seemed, not much else to it. I added more sauce for flavor. The amount of food given per plate is also on the lighter end…compared to other locations. Just some insight on what was a bit disappointing and/or could possibly be improved.
This place is a Tallahassee staple. The sauce bar could be a bit cleaner, but the staff is super friendly. Great food for the price
We stopped by to pick up two chicken hibachi meals with double meat. When we got home we saw that it was only single meat in each box. I called the store and the manager said we had to bring the meals back, I guess so that he can check them. The drive from the Mahan location to my house on the south side of town is 10 miles. There was nothing he was willing to do without me driving all the way back to the store. Horrible customer service. I WILL NEVER BE BACK. I had the choice of many different restaurants in that area and chose Mr. Roboto--not again.
Amazing. Don't sleep on the Hibachi grill. I got the Steak and I added chicken with the white fried rice and vegetables. I got the teriyaki sauce and the yum yum sauce. I put both on the food and mixed it together. It was like angels came down from heaven and prepared my meal.
