Best burger in Tallahassee.
Service was great. We went around 3 on a Monday. The burger was good, very customizable with the different toppings they had. The Poutine fries were very good as well. I would definitely like to go back and try some of the different sauces.
These burgers are way better than I was expecting! There's quite a few different burger joints in Tally so competition is tough, but Relish really impressed me. Love the variety of toppings! And the burgers are big!!The only thing I wish they would do is come up with some "signature burgers" so those of us that are indecisive can pick from a list of funky topping combos, rather than having to design a burger ourselves. Just an idea!
I really enjoyed the atmosphere, burgers were yummy and very satisfying. Had the cookies & cream shake very thick and creamy!!! The best part of the experience is that they ask you what you would like on your burger. All fresh toppings!!!

The burger was just okay. The system is interesting, not the most efficient but not the worst. It's a little expensive for what you get but overall not terrible
It was really good for my first time. I will be coming back. I'm not a really big burger fan, but I enjoyed theirs and the prices aren't bad at all.
Excellent experience, but not for everyone. If making choices and picking toppings and sauces for a customized meal may stress you out, then this place may not be for you. You start with a bare burger and bun. It's up to you to make it awesome. They have lots of options, including bean burger, impossible burger, salmon (I think) and beef in sizes. Egg, bacon and avocado. No variety of cheeses, just american or swiss. I'd recommend studying the additions and sauce menu _before_ getting in line. (The hot relish is pretty dang good. Give it a try.) I've got a few flavor combos that I can choose from when I go in now. Fries come very salty, so I order mine with no salt and drench in malt vinegar. Yum! Vegetarians and vegans! Their impossible burger is the greasiest in town! Not a bad thing. I'd say, a Whataburger style. They're cooked on their own separate grill, no meat contamination (looking hard at _you_ Burger King!) Not cheap, but really tasty, once you dial in your favorites.
Completely fantastic experience. Wide variety of burger options from the real thing: ‘Certified Angus Beef’ to turkey, veggie, even salmon. Super authentically joyful staff. highly recommended.
