This was THE best dining experience I’ve had in a long time. Our waiter was absolutely fantastic, from explaining the dishes, giving suggestions, and helping us with the spicyness levels, to being top notch friendly, fast in service, and checking on us often. We even got to meet the chef who was so very sweet, and amazing at her craft. Every bite was good. The meat was fall apart tender, the batter was soft and crispy, and the sauce was rich in flavor. I can’t wait to come back for more, and if you’ve never been, this needs to be the next place you go to eat!
This was the first time I've ever tried Thai food and it was probably the best way to experience it lol. The waiter was very friendly and nice. He ended up basically convincing us to get whatever he said lol (Guy coulda been a car salesman) And it was all amazing. We got the Chicken Satay appetizer and it was just really crispy and tender. The peanut sauce that came with it was very nice. And I ended up getting the Three River with mango, it comes with tilapia, scallops, shrimp, and some veggies. Everything was cooked to perfection... It was a mountain of food that could have easily fed 2 people and overall just some of the best food I've ever eaten. And to finish it off we ended up getting some durian ice-cream. It was some of weirdest ice-cream I've ever had before but also some of the best lol. So many wild flavors going on in it but it works out great. The owner was also VERY nice and she did a amazing job cooking everything and just making sure we enjoyed the food. HIGHLY recommend this place. Its the best little hole in the wall places and it would make for a nice little date night.
Food is fine but it is way way too expensive. $80 for one appetizer and one noodle dish and one rice dish. No seafood. No duck. Nothing that may cause a noodle dish to be $25. That’s crazy. Thai food should not be expensive. You should be able to get a delicious noodle dish for under $10.Also, the decor is terrible. No ambiance. And our server was seriously tripping.The reason this place is not busy is because of all that I just stated. I know, inflation. But still, be reasonable.
Amazing food and super friendly staff. We got green curry and daily special snapper. If u r looking for authentic Thai food this is the best place. The taste is really worth the price. Ice cream is SUPREME. They r made from real fruit. Durian flavor is my favorite. I saw some comments saying that the price is high but if the ingredients is fresh and good, at least for me it feels much reliable on the the food that’s goes into my stomach. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
So it seems a server posted on FB they weren’t getting any business, asking folks to come. We went. What a mess. The server complained because they got “jammed” on FB. Service was worse than spotty, male server with ADHD running back and forth (literally running, almost made two people fall). Lesson? If you’re going to ask for business, you’d better be prepared, and don’t complain. It’s too bad, the food was great but should have been for the price. BTW, prices were scratched out on the menu and marked up in ballpoint pen. Very unprofessional. We will consider going back, hopefully with a better server and less hectic experience.
Tables and plating here are super awkward; curry was brought in big bowl with no plates for serving with rice. Fresh spring rolls were inedible. Ice cream was freezer burned. Prices for this sub par experience were through the roof!! On the positive side, service was fast and restaurant is locally owned
Another excellent meal of Bangkok Chicken & Ginger Chicken. Donna is a superb Hostess: gracious and very attentive! We’ll be back!
The monkey wings were the best. Fantastic sauce The whole flounder fish is always fun, this time full of pineapple. My friend had Krispy duck and I had honey sesame duck.This time hubbie had the famous fish and I had Bangkok chicken made special for me.Delicious and nutritious.
We have been going for years and years. Last night the whole fish was so fresh and excellent with fresh vegetables. I enjoyed the Bangkok chicken with my own twist. Kids would love the home made ice cream with crisps. It is small and local. Donna is so sweet and such a good cook. She hates to raise prices but her food prices have increased.
Most delicious Thai food I had since visiting Thailand. Chef came out to make sure we enjoyed our food. Super Service!
