Worst location in Tallahassee, the staff is always rude and lazy. They look like they don’t even want to be there. Why would you go to work in the customer service if you’re going to look like your life is miserable?!
I don't remember the chickrn strips and a side of beans and rice costing 15.00+$. The chicken was tougher than the dry French fries. The menu was missing the menu sheets in the drive through. I wold not recommend going here unless you want old dry food and to overpay too.
The location is absolute garbage. The staff doesn’t care about their jobs. Apparently they are out of everything and when they do have something, they give you the wrong thing. I was stuck in the drive through line for 25 minutes yesterday because they were out of their chicken sandwich and I couldn’t escape while the car in front of me waited 10 minutes (no, they didn’t have them pull up and park so I could escape) for food, get it all handed out and then handed it all back after reviewing the order and then waiting 10 minutes for a refund. So the car in front of me, myself, and 2 cars behind me all left with no food and dissatisfied. They might as well close this location to protect their reputation.
For the quality of service I received and the treatment I was subjected to, $26 was essentially flushed down the drain tonight. The drive thru box is way too far from the drive thru lane, so the employees can't hear the customers. I know this because I was asked to repeat myself 3 times, and the employee ended up getting frustrated and telling me to move forward. No confirmation of order, no total, just a "Pull up to the window." I mistakenly didn't ask for the order to be repeated at the window, but I did see the employee interacting with customers get mad and snap at the customer behind me. We received the food and pulled forward to check out of habit. The 6 piece biscuit we asked for isn't here! Check the receipt, did we get charged for it? We didn't get a receipt? I go in to see what happened and get ignored in the lobby until the manager walks out of the back and asks how she could help. I explain I didn't get a receipt in drive thru and didn't get what I asked for. She checks the recent orders and handed me a copy of the receipt explaining I didn't get charged for it. The whole time the employee taking the orders is giving me the evil eye while she rudely interacts with other customers. When the manager tells me I didn't get charged she shook her head and turned away shaking her head. I said I would go get my my card but immediately changed my mind because I started to get angry and just left. I run a local business which focuses on great customer service in our communications with customers, and if I were managing that store I'd be embarrassed. And the employee who is interacting with customers would've been long gone. It's just a bunch of people going through the motions day in and day out, the store has no personality other than misery.
This is the first Popeyes's I've been to that I didn't have a wait or problem with my order. The staff were pleasant and my food was great.
Customer service was good here. They helped us and fed us on a very busy day for them - Easter Sunday. The chicken was good too.

This time sandwiches past their prime = unenjoyable. Last time they got the.online order wrong and when I asked them at.the window they verified incorrectly = unenjoyable. Time before that, also stale food = unenjoyable.
Terrible!!! Cool soggy fries, hard biscuits and the chicken was like it had been warmed in a microwave! With all that they also to manage to not give me everything I purchased. I will not be eating from this location again.
Some of the rudest and unkind people you'll ever want to meet. Went there for lunch and was terribly mistreated to the point that I did not even get any food I had to just walk out because they would not serve me.
