The chicken and coleslaw was hot and fresh. I can't speak about the other food items because I didn't purchase them. The staff at the drive thru was very friendly and efficient.
Well we just moved to the area. This was our 2nd try to get classic chicken sandwiches. We'll my husband was highly disrespected and was told we are out of sandwiches. He was informed not to come back so close to closing...
The Manager needs people skills. I returned my order and wanted money back. The manager was rude and very unfriendly. When I told her I didn't want food redone and I wanted money back that really set her off ,She said it wasn't but $5.32. I told her I didn't care if it was five cents I wanted a refund. Unhappy she returned my just $5.32
Tonight's drive-thru was absolutely wonderful the man was kind and extremely patient as well as reassuring on what we orderedThe food was unbelievably good ?
Just left the drive thru just like 4 other cars, before placing orders. I'm sure we won't be the only cars to leave tonight or any night for that matter. No one was at the window (vehicle wise) but they had the customer in front of me waiting for over 5 minutes. The total time I sat in the drive thru.. 15 minutes and there were only 2 cars ahead of me. When I finally left, I looked in the restaurant and the entire crew; about 5 of them were standing around laughing and talking. I'm tired of the service at all the popeyes' in town. No one is going to do anything, though.
First time there and my order was incorrect after it was repeated twice. The car in front of me order was messed up as well because she had to got back in. I had ordered 2 combo and my side was red bean and rice which I didn't get after getting back to my daughter's house.
Nothing better than being ignored at the drive-thru window an hour before closing... I don't usually leave reviews, but the employee just looked at us and refused to acknowledge us because they were closing up early? Chicken sandwich is awesome, but the absolute worst drive-thru in Tallahassee...
All they had was fried chicken and mashed potatoes. I paid 16 dollar for cold chicken that tasted like trash and cold potatoes that tasted like nothing. Literally go anywhere else in town but here.
Ordered 14 peice for 19 with coupon. Wanted 4 breast got 9 peices and charged for extra breast. Got 3 breast 3 thighs 3 wings. Asked for SPICY. Only breast where spicy. Hard to get help that will get order right!!!
