I have ate here for a while and always had good chicken sandwiches. Today me and the family got chicken sandwiches and fries. The chicken sandwiches was so old that I fed them to my dogs. It was discussing. I will never eat there again. I'm going back to cfa. Omg it was terrible.
The person taking orders was very rude. My husband was trying to order and she kept rushiing him. When we got to the window she did not even have the complete order. My order was not correct I asked for spicy chicken. She acted as if she was bothered having to deal with us. I don't know her name because she did not give us a receipt. She needs customer service training.
Just ordered from here the chicken sandwich was hard as a rock, the Mac and cheese was filled with oil so much that it was leaking through the container and the apple pie was also old and stale. Only thing edible was the condiments ?. I’m not expecting a 5 star meal from Popeyes but fresh food is asking the bare minimum
I will give them 1 star, but it really should be negative 5, I am 60yrs old, and this is the worst Popeye ever been, first I was never told that it was going to take over 35 minutes to do two chicken sandwich, I went inside twice when finally I was told that they had 14 to do before my and they were so oily (old oil) that my wife coudn't eat hers. They need retrain their employees and manager. At least you wont see me again at your franchise. Send them to Popeyes in Crawforville for training
This was the worst popeyes experience i ever had. I ordered the shrimp and tenders comboThe chicken is ice cold and the shrimp are soooo small and cooked really hard. My husband ordered the chicken sandwiches, which is normally amazing but tonight just cooked extremely hardand dry as ever
The lady taking my order was great. She got my large order right! Nice and very courteous. I gave her a $10 tip. Best service ever at a Popeye's!!
They have a great spicy chicken sandwich and Wonderful customer service. I suggest trying their chicken sandwich with their sweet tea it's a good first time meal for under $19.00.
I ordered a 4 piece snack . I asked for two drumsticks and two thighs . I received two wings and two thighs . The thighs wasn’t done, full of blood . I keep calling the number listed and it goes straight to VM. #LIVID
If there was a star with a red mark across it I would select it twice. We had to get cops Involved to get a refund. This is the worst place ever to go for any food. The general manager claimed he had to get out of his bed to come handle us. What kind of professional Manager would handle business like he dealing with someone in the streets. All of this because food we paid for was missing. We was told to bring all the food back. My husband clearly explained we had started eating. The response was bring the food back. Naturally since we have to bring the food back we want a refund. What happen to customer service? Not everyone is looking for free food. Since this experience we decided not to eat out anymore. General Manager lied and said my husband had curse him and his manager onsite. If a general manager has to lied on people to make a point SHAME on YOU. We ending up getting a Full Refund. Professionalism, respect and integrity goes a long way.
Restaurant is kept up very clean even their bathrooms are clean restaurant is very well run and organized in the service at the counter was excellent in the food I ordered what's fresh and was right when I got home nothing was wrong this is one of your better Popeyes restaurants definitely recommend it very good Management in team that's why I gave it a 5-star rating
