NOTE: THIS REVIEW IS OF LUCKY GOAT ( I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO PONG'S).Well, I finally discovered Lucky Goat, off of Monroe and 7th Avenue..Great staff-- always friendly. Very fast service. I am addicted to their green tea matcha with almond milk and honey. Very nice, quiet place to just sit and relax. NOT SURE WHY THIS REVIEW IS SHOWING PONG'S; THIS REVIEW IS FOR LUCKY GOAT COFFEE.
had to wait over 15 minutes for one drink, ordered a taro drink that was very watered down and had overdone boba that didn’t taste good at all. staff never said hi, didn’t call my name for my drink, and just overall made the experience a bad one. it’s a shame because the shop was cute. oh well lol
Love love love this boba pit stop. They even have cute stickers!
I've had Boaba tea in the past and the tea here is great! This was my first time here and I definitely will be back. There were 2 workers, 1 was the owner or supervisor, she was very polite and told me the most favorite flavor.I will say I love the fact that they have sweet levels to choose from. That is a very nice gesture!!
The person working did not care much for what we had ordered. The tea tasted like water. There was no sweetness at what was supposed to be “100%”. I paid for two kinds of popping jelly (mango and lychee) and only got maybe 12 in total. I can not believe I paid more than 4 dollars for 16oz of orange water. Not worth finishing. Never coming here again.
We love coming here for our excellent boba tea and the art. Customer service is terrific and there are excellent options.
Honestly, the flavor is on par for taste quality compared to chain boba shops. However, too much ice. It feels like I’m drinking an icicle.

Good bubble tea! I like all the different, interesting flavors you can get. The macarons are also really good
Try the popping boba! They also have macarons, mochi, and tons of other boba options.
