Personal pan's were perfect. Boneless wings and mozzarella sticks were good. Wings were perfectly sauced.
The service here is always awesome, fast, and the people are super nice.Pizza is actually really good. Pizza Hut is stepping it up, or maybe it’s always been good and I just never noticed because I don’t usually visit chains. HaEither way, awesome service.
They offered curbside pickup so i followed the direction x2 (call and text), however the food was not brought to the car. I went in the store and my pizza was sitting there getting cold. The taste of the pizza and pasta and breadsticks was bland. First and last.
Most fast food/pizza companies on apalachee pkwy are subpar however this one is always fresh, fast, and hot! I'll order from them only from now on instead of wasting money elsewhere!
The woman on the phone was incredibly rude for no reason, honestly I believe she was lying about where my pizza went (I never got it). A true shame how hostile she was over the phone when I was just trying to come to an understanding as to why my pizza did not reach me.
Food was okay. Delivery driver was late. It's better to pick up your pizza instead if you're able to.
The manager was awesome even know that I thought I had to add the wings on the app to my purchase I did not the manager tried to try to fix it but she was real nice and if I hadn't been in a rush I would have gotten my wings but the people cooked it fresh it was not too greasy and it was nice thank you.
Their Pizza is the best. Not much more to say than that they do have a hard time finding my apartment at that time. I hope my next experience with Pizza Hut now that I have moved is just as good if not better

wish I could give half a star, horrible experienced. My wife ordered the Family Feast: large pizzas, breadsticks and a two leader and added two bottles of water total being 38.01 when she placed the order. She was waiting for it to be arrive when she got a call , the cashier informed her that they were out of breadsticks cheese sticks and Cinna stick and that she could replace it with something , my wife said winds would be fine and the young lady name Kathleen or Kirsten or Kaitlyn informed her the difference would be covered. when the pizza arrived they told us the total was 50.23 my wife shocked not understanding why it had gone from 38.01 to 50.23 asked the driver to call the store and check , the driver did so my wife pulled up the receipt on the computer and even walked over with it still on the screen reading it back that is said 38.01. She paid the 50.23 and then called the store understanding the driver is just doing his job. when calling the store I explained the situation and that I had ordered online, the same young lady was very rude about it sating there was no deal then that it was an online delivery special only , I stated I had ordered online and that if they are offering a deal then why is it not honored, she proceeded to tell me she doesn't make the rules etc.. very unprofessional and rude in general.
