Don’t order delivery from this place. Pizza came cold, one of the sauces blew up in the box, and one of the pizzas had the toppings wrong. Not the first time the order has been messed up either - our mistake for ordering from here a second time.
As always, never disappoints. Amazing staff, amazing service, and amazing food. Everyone needs to jump on their bandwagon and get with the program.
Surprised that they actually have customer service. It was a nice change over the west side locations.
Horrible service. Ordered online which stated a delivery time of 30-40 minutes. At an hour and a half with no delivery, we called and after a lengthy hold, we were told that the order was going to take 90 minutes. We asked why then, did the online order say 30-40 minutes. The employee said she didn’t do that and said “I’m telling YOU it’s 90 minutes”. We replied that it was their company that said 30-40 minutes did she hung up on us. Never again ordering from this pizza joint that has zero incentive for customer service.
Will not be going back to this Papa John's Pizza. We had two Pizza's; one a pepperoni stuffed crust and the dough was raw where it was rolled over to form the crust. Additionally, it was full of grease. The second pizza was a thin crust and it tasted as if it was a frozen pizza. We normally live Papa John's. We'll look for another one elsewhere in town.

This pizza was absolutely horrible. I ordered it at 8:40 and it did not get delivered till about 10:20, 10:25 and I am only like 5 minutes away!! I called at like 10:05 and the worker said they are using door dash and its taking a while. I ordeded a large pizza and 2 of those pizzaz pizza!!! Everything was ice cold and it cost way too much to be this bad!!! I definitely wont be eating here again???
Food was good, not ready by pick up time but that's to be expected on a busy Friday night.
Five employees can be working in there and one would rather be on their phone than asking you what order you had.This location used to be great.
It took over an hour for my pizza to be delivered and it was ice cold and like cardboard. I only live 1.5 miles from the store. Extremely disappointed.
