It’s hit or miss here. Sometimes it’s great, but other times they’re stingy. For what you pay they should give you more than like 3 tiny pieces of chicken. The chicken is mostly fat too. Mr. Robotos is a way better deal and tastes fresher.
It's ok. Got my order wrong all I got was 2 bowls and 2 orders of cheese ragoons. Got fried rice instead of noodles and got only one order of ragoons and an order of egg rolls. I don't like egg rolls. Oh well.
There are not many times I have been here without being told they don’t have one of the menu items. That aside, they’re typically very quick with what they do have available and it’s usually well prepared for a Panda Express!
My food was delicious! My husband frequents here for lunch and I decided to give it at try for dinner several weeks bach. I went again last night and tried the wok fried shrimp. Scrumptious. No pics. The only thing I dislike are the wontons. It could just be my taste buds. The food is always fresh. I order online and never have to wait. Orders have been accurate thus far. If your on the fence, jump over and give them a try. Bon Appétit!
I normally love Panda Express, however today was a different story. I asked the girl for a sample of the orange chicken and she said they couldn’t do free samples anymore. I just needed to know if it was too spicy because it is always different depending on the cook. I don’t like spicy food, so I was like okay well I will just get something else. Then I asked for Rangoon’s and she said they were out for the day. It is literally two something in the afternoon. That is ridiculous. They haven’t even been open that long. Anyways, when we went to pay they didn’t even hand us our tray. We had to reach way back to the back of the counter to get it. Overall the servers were just rude. I won’t be coming back here for awhile!
I'm very fond of the Black Pepper Chicken entree. After a couple or more times, ? we started to notice that we were receiving less and less chicken and more and more onions and celery.It would be wise to check your food before LEAVING the restaurant (PICKUP or DRIVE THRU). This is true in both of their locations. There is truth that they are always out of their food, and early. The containers are purposely designed to give you less food than other food containers.I imagine that they get a lot of business; however, why deceive your customers if you appreciate them. My husband picked up some pepper chicken today (4/16/2022) When I opened the container, I said to him, they did it to us again.The food is tasty, but I think you should be able to enjoy it without giving out of, or not having enough, to be satisfied.The lack of STARS, refers to not receiving what you pay for. Thought of ordering some catering dishes, but I feel ? that would be a disappointment.
Actually was pretty good. The staff could have been a tad more helpful as I wasn't familiar with how to do things and their items were not labelled well. But turned out ok. Wish I had known what qualified as a side and entry but whatever...
Make sure as hell you get your food to go. You get a considerable amount more. Beijing beef was cold. Had to get another bowl to equal the amount of food that was in my friends to go plate.
Food was fresh and delicious and.i received some of the best service I've had in Tallahassee in years.
I went to panda on Sunday 1/16/22 at like 8pm and when i walked in it was immediately evident most of the entree selections were not available. I asked the employee who was predisposed with cleaning if they have anything else or could cook anything and they responded no. I then asked the employee when they stop cooking food, and they responded by saying between 7 and 730pm so they can clean.This is not the first time I have had this issue with this location and the other location in town.Mind the restaurant advertises they are opening til 9pm (on the night i went) which means the food could be close to an hour and half to two hours old someone could get it. This also meant i had to go to another establishment to get food because my family did not want the options which were available.This is very poor customer experience and what i would believe to be a bad look for a restaurant being a former restaurant manager. I will definitely think again before going back to any Panda Express.
