First time at this particular Panda Express. They did not put any teriyaki sauce in our bag so my son had to go up and ask for some and they completely ignored him until my husband walked up there and said something. What terrible service and the food was dry! Will not be returning to this one again!
It's hit and miss. Ensure your food is FRESH, they will serve dried out food, instead of getting rid of it. NOT what I want to pay for. Food is usually good, but again. Hit or miss. Definetly say something, it's the only way they know and gives chance to correct it.
This was my first time trying Panda Express and it was decent I Ordered the 2 entree and 1 side plate With the orange chicken and the peppered chicken the meat portions was truly disrespectful considering the amount of rice given . It just made no sense the flavor was great as far as the orange chicken i felt as though the peppered chicken was a bit too strong I Had To mask the taste with the teriyaki sauce . The chances of me going back is very slim not all that bad though .

We were given rice instead of chow mein, but when we told them they fixed it. however, the orange chicken was inedible. it tasted sour and rotten. i was always given the wrong receipt.
The food is always good no problem in that part but it is when they have food, they always run out and don't cook anymore even if they are at least 2 hours away before they close.
Doordash says they take orders until 8:30pm. Placed my order at 8:20pm and it was rejected. Obviously, cards are charged and you're basically just out of that money until your bank returns it. Not fair that this location stops orders earlier than expected, and customers are forced to wait for their money to be returned. This is not Doordash's fault. The funniest part about it all, when this location gets shut down because people are afraid to return after a bad experience, employees will be upset they're losing their jobs. If you don't want to work because the pay is low and you won't value your job, don't accept the position. Hiring managers need to do better too! Pure laziness.
Worst Panda Express in town please shut this establishment down now. They never have any thing ready, one day it’s exact cash or we’re are only taking cards. The food is either cooked to hard or it’s not cooked enough ?. Please shut this place down or find new management. Covid has really destroyed this Panda Express.
Horrible customer service, they’re often closed for no reason, they’re always out of food, and then they couldn’t care less at providing customer service. I just had the worst experience at a Panda express. Being that this is the ONLY one in Tallahassee I am extremely disappointed. How do they not have mixed vegetables and it takes them 20 minutes to make them? And then they ignored my questions when I asked about that,. No one behind the counter, not a single employee acknowledged me, apologize for the delay, offer to remédiate the issues, NOTHING!!!
The orange chicken was good, but they were out of the teriyaki chicken. They always seem to be out of something. I understand current supply chain issues, but it was like this before the pandemic too. Steamed rice was so undercooked it was inedible, but I didn't want anything else.
