Delicious food and the freshest sushi in Tallhassee! Open for lunch and dinner, so you’ll receive exceptional service early in the day. Enjoy!!

Okay...... Lots to cover but hear me out. This is an expensive restaurant but that's okay the food and service is very good. Appetizers... we got California rolls and no complaints! Yes, I've been to restaurants that have messed those up, it can happen! I ordered steak/shrimp hibachi and added sea scallops. My food was great and there was a lot of it, which helps with the being expensive ding from earlier. However, two bites of my steak were completely fat. They were small but because it's a flat top grill it was just jiggly fat.....no char no seasoning. ( If you look at the top left piece of steak you'll see one of the all fat pieces) Rice, vegetables, noodles, and miso soup were all amazing and generous proportions. The biggest mark down or ding for Osaka is the room is far too big, the tables and grill would benefit from being secluded a little from each other. I'll explain! The sound of high pitch tinging spatulas, roaring fires, popping grease and loud Birthday celebrations left me unable to communicate with my family sitting right next to me. I would have to lean towards them to hear anything. It turned into a lot of "what did she say", "what", and "that's crazy" ?. Okay, so to wrap this up! Osaka is expensive but I do think it's one of the best restaurants in Tallahassee. Food and service is great! If I could give 4.5 stars I would but I settled on 4 because I really didn't like the excessive noise from other tables. I'm a introvert so I judge that harshly.

Awesome food, great service!!!! Good times!!!!!!!

3rd visit here. Food was great as always. I had Steak ? and shrimp ?. My husband had shrimp ? and chicken. That chicken was out of this world.

Mu daughter graduated fo FAMU and wantedbto go here for lunch. The food was good. Wait time was a little long but not to bad. Our server was ok. She forgot things and had to go back and get them. Our chef was boring compared to the other at surrounding tables. The other cheats made joke, did tricks and entertained the guess while preparing the food. Ours did nothing at all except say hello. Over all it was a good place to eat.

Had dinner on Friday, April 1, 2022. Food was excellent and well seasoned. Portions can be a little on the light side. They give you noodles which is a nice bonus with your meal as most hibachi places don’t. Only complaint is if you want meat be prepared to shell out over 30 dollars as the price of meat in Florida is astronomically high.

Very good overall. The firecracker shrimp roll is not on the menu, but very good. Service was fast and friendly. Our go to place for quality sushi

Good experience, last night was excellent, the cooking show really good and funny. The meal good tasting, my suggestion is put less salt in the lobster , otherwise everything was excellent. Thanks guys

The cook Ice is the only reason I am giving 3 stars. His entertainment made the entire experience. The food was too salty and the wait was too long for bad food. Even the soup and salad were not great. If Ice could go to Nagoya it would be the perfect place for the Hibachi experience.

Low key but up scale and incredible. I don't know about dinner but the fact this place is not busy during lunch is truly mind boggling, maybe it's because of it's tucked away location but personally I enjoy that aspect as well. The price was super reasonable a bento + roll of sushi and side for 27$. I genuinely challenge someone to go to this place and not like it. But if you don't believe me stay away because I won't mind enjoying the place alone ??‍♂️.
