Akira was our server and was the most pleasant and attentive server we have had!! Thank you Akira! You made our night. Food was delicious as expected for Olive Garden.
From the time we walked in, to the time we walked out. We were treated great. The food was excellent, our bartender served the best damn Italian margarita we have ever had. If you haven't ordered one yet do yourself a favor and order one. You're welcome ?To our waiter that related to us on a few different levels. He was courteous! I wish we would have remembered his name but you know the margarita was so good. ? Enjoy
Came in with a large party for a birthday and were accommodated fairly quickly even with the no reservation policy. The staff were super friendly and the manager even came out to check on us personally. The food is average chain restaurant Italian but the service was excellent even with the large party
Haven't been there in 2 1/2 years due to covid. Finally got to go last week. Had the soup and salad. It was wonderful. Our waiter Zack took very good care of us. Delightful all the way around
Your front of the house staff saved this rating. "Margo" new hostess acknowledged me as I walked in. She provided me a menu,asked if I needed water and anything else additional while I ordered and waited. She also provided me pepper flakes separately since you had no packets.The person who took my order with the black hair and top bun "Ramona?" was pleasant as well. She didn't rush me even though it was 30 minutes time closing. A rude customer came in after and they maintained their composure so well.The food was disgusting! I got a simple chicken alfredo and salad. The meat has to be some byproduct frozen and unthawed. The sauce never got thicker just a runny mess of a tasteless sauce. The salad had to be from a few days prior as all the bottom lettuce was brown and wilted.I was traveling for a tournament so this was a last resort. I haven't eaten at Olive garden in decades and I remember why.Keep your staff. Dump the chefs/recipes.
Ease of ordering, picked up curb side and the young lady who brought out my order was delightful. Enough in personality that I immediately called and spoke to the manager about her customer service. I want to say her name was Emily. The manager shared with me she was recently hired.We ordered the large salad, and gnocchi soup. Had unexpected company come in and wanted something light and filling.Everything was wonderful, bread sticks were still hot and delicious, soup was excellent as always and the salad was a hit as well...Thank you again for filling my larger order later in the evening. Was a definite hit!
I went here for my birthday and it was amazing!! The gnocchi soup is the best and the breadsticks make it even better! It has very good service and the waitress was very kind to my family and me.
Went to this Olive Garden for dinner Tuesday night with my family and our waitress Briana was so sweet! She absolutely went above and beyond while catering to our needs with a toddler! Great staff in general! Everyone who greeted us had a warm demeanor! Recommend to anyone in town!
Short staffed seems to be the normal in our covid world. We had a waiter that worked his butt off the entire time we were there. The food was delivered timely, well seasoned and cooked to perfection. GREAT JOB! Won't hesitate to return.
