One of the workers who served my wife and I was rude and kept giving us little scoops of whatever we asked for. And whenever we asked for more, he would try to make us feel by asking questions like “is that not enough for you?”. And as he was ringing up our food, he kept adding on random additional charges that we had to argue about in order for them to be removed. Please do not go here and go to the one in college town instead.
The one on college town is way better. The person serving us gave us barely any of the toppings. It seemed like he was purposely giving us less. And the worst part was he barely put any sauce on so it was dry and had no flavor. I get the same thing every time at Natural Kitchen but at college town it tastes way better because they actually put enough sauce on.

I've never felt the need to write a review before, but this time is different. The service was poor. The employee we spoke to didn't say a word the entire transaction. Only after she made our Boba she spoke and said, "Did you want Boba?" which we told her we wanted when taking our order initially. After saying yes, she took the drinks back and then didn't seal the drinks properly the second time, causing them to spill. I also had to grab the straws from behind the counter because she walked away without giving them to us. Overall, poor experience.
I usually take out my order . I love this place a lot and healthy options to choose.
A very rude lady attended us at the counter today. First, she didn’t greet us and secondly she forgot to add the boba in our drinks when I specifically asked her to. On top of that, she did not close the lid correctly so when I went to put my straw in the cup, it spilled all over. Lastly, she didn’t provide us with straws so we had to go behind the counter to get the straws. In addition, the drink (Four Season Spring with Mixed Fruit add boba) was very watered down. I will not be returning if these are the kinds of employees that are hired here. I suggest you purchase your boba teas at Bubbly Tea instead.
The food was great and drinks first time visit. I would definitely coming back soon and thank you so much for amazing food in Tennessee.
Terrible service, the employee didn’t even know how to make boba tea. Really bad attitude. So disappointed for just getting two boba. I will never come back to W Tennessee st natural kitchen again. Gain st is so much better!
Our 1st visit, but the lady explained it well & we did our own picks, it was fresh, delicious & affordable.
Usually pretty good but the most recent poke bowl had me throwing out the pieces of spicy tuna. It tasted spoiled and I had gone around 7:30, nowhere near closing. I sadly most likely wont be buying another poke bowl from them, but the bubble teas are good.
