We've done both dine in and take out. Delicious entrees and more than you can possibly eat! Excellent service and ambience. Owners have put a lot of investment and time in to the restaurant to create a first rate experience and they have succeeded. Ignore the uneven location and parking and enjoy quality Asian dining. I'll add that the online take out site was super easy to use which I appreciate-- some restaurant online platforms are poorly developed and frustrating. I recommend any of the Hibachi entrees. Finally, it merits mentioning they are FULLY staffed so it's not like a doctor's appointment waiting for your drinks like other places these days. Servers are quick and polite.
I absolutely loved going to Nagoya before last night. That was the first time I've had a horrible experience at Nagoya due to our waiter. He was extremely agitated when he came to serve us and his service displayed his attitude. He immediately asked about checks before greeting us or offering us any drinks. He mocked us for trying to help him get the tickets in the correct order since that's clearly all he cared about at that time. He proceeded to display such ill mannered behavior that I left. He's such a disgrace to Nagoya! I receive better service at McDonald's than what our waiter displayed last night at. The food costs a pretty penny to be treated that ugly so unfortunately I'll have to end my love for Nagoya.
LONG STORY but WORTH THE READ!!!!I have been to this place at least 20+ times. The cooks know my face. I have never had a problem until today. I ordered the steak and chicken hibachi. When the food was done, I found a hair in my rice. Almost seconds later I noticed another patron found “something” in his food as well. At the time he said it was nothing but “strings from the eggs”.The manager was polite and they offered to remake my food. We were very patient with them because of course the food is so good.My second plate was in front of me all of 30 seconds and I noticed another hair on my steak. At this point I just requested a refund. Seconds later a patron across the table noticed hair in her rice. Trust me the entire table of different parties were disgusted at this point. The patron who said it was “strings from the eggs” admitted he did not want to believe it was hair but realized that it probably was.I checked their health inspection. They passed.Not sure if they have someone who’s extremely stressed in the back preparing food or what is going on. Although they were polite, it just didn’t s seem as if they were too concerned with all the hair in the food.This visit ended with me leaving HUNGRY.
Our chef was Peter! He was awesome! He kept us laughing throughout the entire cooking show. He interacted well with each of us in our party. He was very personable. The food was very fresh and hot! The flavors were amazing as well. This was my first time at Nagoya. I will definitely be back.
Great sushi and steak. I got the s3x on the beach and the our of control on hibachi i got house combo and it was all amazing!!! Order drinks and keep asking cause they do take a while (liquor drinks).

First time visit to Nagoya and it did not disappoint. Large portions! Loved they include noodles and our chef was the best! Will go again when we are in town.
Smaller than I thought, was very busy and food got out in a timely manner. My sushi was great as well as my husband's hibachi! Definitely will be back
My wife was burnt by the chef here. He splashed hot dirty water on her causing her to feel burned and her clothes are stained with grease. They offered to take 20% off the bill as if that would be enough money to replace her outfit and a hospital bill. We will be visiting a local doctor to make sure her burns will heal properly.
