My pizza was so so good I love it. I got the Pineapple Express. The crust was perfect, a good crunchy and tasty. Pizza had a lot of sauce and tasted amazing. Cheese also stretched a lot so that was fun! Pretty good amount of seating. I went Saturday at 8pm and I was the only one dining in but plenty of people took to-go while we were there. Owner (I think it was the owner) was also friendly and genuine.“That was really good. I was really impressed.” -My boyfriend
I’d need at least 5 shots to eat here and mildly enjoy it (To be fair, the name is munchies). My Philly sandwich was dry- no sauce or anything, and the meat was way over cooked. The mozzarella sticks were floppy and looked like rubber. No crunch at all which is weird since they’re fried- I’m guessing they microwaved frozen mozzarella sticks. I could’ve bought and nuked 6 boxes from dollar tree for the same quality. I spent $25 on a sandwich, a side of mozzarella sticks and one slice of cold cheese pizza. Never again. Not to mention the very loud and inappropriate clientele and horrible parking; this place is no more than cheap food at higher prices. I don’t recommend coming here sober. I really wanted to have a good meal after a long day at work and this place is just not it. Only come here if you’re completely inebriated and willing to over pay for rubber food, all whilst being harassed by frat boys who are messed up on various substances. 2 stars because the cashier was nice and the decor was cool- it’s sad to see what could’ve been a good local business turn out to be no better than a dennys parking lot at 3 am. Waste of time and money.
I'm from Chicago and this pizza is as close as you're going to get to actually eating in Chicago. My hats off to the Owners for giving us a great place to eat. Need to work on your website ordering and disclose that dine in is an option.
Ordered two pizzas. The bottom and sides of the box was soaked with grease,, pizza was cold., crust was hard as a rock. I’m visiting my son for the Independence Day from Orlando. Big disappointment. I’ve always tried new places but this is a college town and today’s kids eat anything. The name of the.place should’ve be been a red flag,.Munchies. That’s the reason I don’t get food delivered .I’m extremely dissatisfied. Red Pointe apts.
Quick service deep dish pizza! Easy online ordering platform
I will never order from this place again. They sale individual slices of pizza at the front register so I paid for four slices and let the cashier know which slices I wanted and she refused to give me the slices I wanted so I asked for a refund. I feel like if you pay for it you should be able to pick what you want it should not have been a big issue to give me what I wanted . If that is their policy they need to change it because it is a very stupid one. This is a very bad customer service practice that they need to work on. If I could give no stars I would. ??
Pizza was delicious. We loved the fact you can get each half of a pizza with a different specialty. Ordered pick up online. It was 15 minutes longer than the estimated time. Not a bad thing, pizza was fresh. The cheesy garlic knots were delicious to me but a little greasy for others. Overall we be back.
munchies pizza was a disappointment. It’s obviously not up to sanitary standards. It’s gross. Everyone there was sweaty and didn’t mind sweating in the product such as the cheese and other products. Charged us DOUBLE for one pie.
Tried the Chicago Deep Dish, its nothing special. Honestly, it underperformed. Look for 30 bucks, it sets some expectations because like that's what I would pay for Chicago style pizza in Chicago. Look if you have never had Chicago style pizza, its an alright pizza, but i mean if you have before, it will be a huge disappointment. Normal pizza is a'ok though would recommend.
The pizza is delicious The lunch specials were great which I've had two days in a row nd I think I'll make it 3in a row
