The staff needs to be trained on how to greet customers. I walked in and observed a female behind the counter she never said “Welcome to Moe’s” or anything for that matter. I decided to say “Hey, how are you?” She looked at me and continued to do what she was doing when I first entered the store without responding. I stood there for a minute with no acknowledgement before deciding to walk out and take my business elsewhere.
Used to love this Moe's but service has gone out of the window. Bad customer service and attitude, and online orders are not even close to being ready when I arrived to pick it up at the time it was scheduled.
Employees seemed depressed and/or miserable. Had ear buds in. Not one smile. You could tell they didn't want to be there. There was no "WELCOME TO MOES!" vibe happening. The food was ok but not great. Taco bell is hotter and fresher tasting. For the four of us, lunch cost at least double what taco bell would've cost. Would not return to this location.
This location sucks!!!!! Order was wrong; food was missing from my order. I would not recommend this location and would give it a negative if possible.
Moe's used to rock. Been eating there a few times a year since the one opened on Tennessee street over 20yrs ago.Burritos used to be huge and chips light and crispy. The price has gone up as expected, but the quality has gone way down. The chips are no longer special, no better than bagged from the store.The burritos are tiny compares to what they once were. Used to be a challenge for them to close up. Now the tortilla could double wrap them. Ingredients are skimpy.I keep going back hoping it will improve. Seems like the real decline was when the menu changed. What happened?
Tonight-to go orders were prioritized as the lobby was filled to capacity at the door with people. The manager at the time was primarily in the back and a worker named Jan was moving at a very slow pace as well as being rude to her coworkers. She rolled her eyes many times and showed disrespect towards customers by showing attitude. This needs to be better organized as well as having people with better attitudes working in the food industry. A worker named Juice was extremely polite and very precise and prompt along with very very reliable and respectable.
Our company needed last minute catering for 10 people yesterday and Moe's made it happen! With just an hour's notice, they got everything we needed together perfectly. Lunch was great and we're so appreciative!! I don't know who the gentleman was that was working so hard to get it ready but you are awesome!
The servers were very polite and the food was good
People making the food are not wearing masks. Here right now and all the tables were dirty. We’re in the middle of a pandemic. This is completely unacceptable. There was no sauce either just the green stuff
Ashley was a delight. 100% would suggest going to just to see her!
