The girl was semi friendly. But my problem was the very small portions of everything with the bowls. It was so small. Not sure why this one in particular does that.
Fine, but the lady behind the counter needs to realize—when you are out of pico, there is no amount of stirring and scooping out red water that is going to change it into a full tub of pico. You have to actually replace it.
Well there was hardly any green peppers, tomatoes, onions, and mushrooms. The girl scraped the bottom of the pan to get what was little left. Then the salsa bar had empty bowls, so you were left with 3 choices of salsa. The other employees didn't bother to make any of the stuff they were out of.
Truly I wanted to give this a 1 star but i kinda enjoyed my food until i was sick to my stomach remembering the way the restaurant kept up with themselves as an establishment. First things first there’s no greeting soon as you walk it the door , absolutely pitch quit not even casual radio music . The juice dispensers were dirty and had residue syrup in them still as though they never washed them out . Secondly the beans looked very questionable and unappealing to consume . And lastly the employees attitude was beyond unfriendly and even attempted to up-charge me for things I had no reason being charged for .
I did a mobile pickup order and was given the wrong order (they were closed when I left so there was no point in making the trip back). I wasn’t going to leave a review because my original meal was free, so it’s not like I wasted money. But the food itself was vile…veggies wilted, tortilla tough, protein was chewy & slimy. Even the chips with the queso were stale. I don’t think the person who this meal was meant for would’ve liked it either. I would recommend Chipotle (or Moe’s in a different location) because even their worst days is better than this.
They forgot our queso for our nachos and when we called the restaurant when we got home and noticed, they put us on hold and then hung up. When we called back it rang until it went to voicemail and said to leave a message and then said the mailbox was full. When I finally spoke to the manager, they said they couldn't answer calls when the store was busy and that whoever answered and hung up on us must've put the phone down and forgot. The only solution she offered was for us to drive back across town to get the queso ourselves. Absolutely unacceptable. As an avid Moe's Loves, this will be my last experience here.
Missing items from a delivery order. Hard rice and hardly anything worth the $52 I paid for a taco kit. Poor experiences lead to closed doors. It's that simple.

Thumbs up to this Moe's Southwest Grill. Friendly staff, clean restaurant, and yummy food.
