I would not recommend eating here. My overall experience was not great. I have been going to this particular Moes for 10-15 years. I recently went to pick up some dinner and head into work. The overall atmosphere is not what it used to be. There was a lack of professionalism, issues with food quality / portion control, and cleanliness. As other comments have stated under the reviews. I got sick after eating here. This was the only meal I had the entire day. I tried to do the right thing and submit a complaint through Moes Corporate Office to let them know what was going on. They submitted my complaint to the location. I made a complaint against an individual who I now know is the General Manager. I received a lengthy email dismissing concerns with this particular Moes which is a conflict of interest. He claimed that there was no issues on their part and that they had a GOLD rating. I looked up Leon County Inspections website which shows they have at least 1 violation regarding temperature control of food. Seeing as my complaint won't go further than the General Manager. I just want to warn others.
Great eats! I actually couldn't eat my stack, because the chips and queso were so good I filled up on them. Recommend if you love a BIG burrito, stack, tacos, or nachoes.
Workers here are wonderful and have great attitudes! They love to talk with the customers and greet people! I don't eat here much but my boyfriend loves it so the fact that they're so nice makes me actually like coming by with him.
This establishment sold me a cold jr burrito. I got ten city blocks before I realized. I just tossed it. And the guy thought he was being cool with his pants sagging. Guess it's my fault as well I saw the signs that service was going to be lacking and didn't pay attention ?
Two stars for friendly employees...but the store has definitely gone downhill. Tables and floors always dirty. And the quality of food is just not there anymore. I remember when the tortillas tasted good and they used quality cheese. No more Moe's for me.
1- We were not greeted, stood there for a good 2 minutes (while the staff debated on calling someone in, when the store was dead.) And made us felt as an inconvenience.2- We were told "Large" was our only option for drinks, when there were clearly other sized cups.3- Presented military ID, and was told that the employees of the store voted against giving discounts to military, due to them feeling the discounts were "taken advantage of". Only Moes I have ever been to, who has told me that. It's one thing for a franchise or business to stop giving the discount, but to tell your military YOU voted to stop it?? AND...asked for a tip on top of it? Usually, whatever discount I do receive, I return the favor in the form of a tip.4- Prices POSTED on the board were not what we were charged for items. We were charged a higher amount
This particular restaurant sucks. Asked an employee a question and they said they don’t work there and they went and clocked out. If you can manage to place an online order your food will be cold once you pick it up. Or your order won’t go through and you’ll waste 30 minutes of your time. Submitted a complaint to Moes and they said franchisee would contact me but they never did.
I tried this place 2 times and had a good experience. Ordered 2 chicken bowls with veggies and chips. Tastes delicious, quick service and good quantity. Only downside they didn’t add mushrooms to one of my order.I will go to this place again!
The staff was friendly but the restaurant was very dirty. It lacked cleanliness. The tables were not cleaned and the area behind the employee counter was also very dirty, including their cooking equipment. The drink station and the area where the salsas were was a hot mess. This was my first visit and it will be my last.
