Been here a few times with friends, family, and most recently with my partner.TL;DR: The service itself is great. The waiters and waitresses we've had are always attentive and clearly put in a great effort to make the dining experience worth it. However, I probably won't be returning here unless my friends and/or family really wanted to.In-depth review:Pros:- The service. Each time I've been here, the waiters and waitresses were excellent and attentive. Refilled our drinks when they were running low, don't keep us waiting for too long when we need something.- The portions of the food itself. The meals I've gotten in the past include the flatbread, zinger mountain melt, mozzarella sticks. My friends and family have gotten wings, pastas, among others. The portions of our meals have always been fair-to-large (in a good way).Cons:- The food itself. I've gotten flatbread meals with an embarrassingly small amount of toppings, I've had burnt chicken on my zinger mountain melts, my partner has found meat in their vegetarian meals, and we've had cold wings. As mentioned above, the portions are great. But when the food itself is bad, the portions don't matter because then you just have inedible food.- The wait times to be seated. Busy, slow, or somewhere in between, I've never had an experience where I wasn't waiting for at least 15 minutes. During busy times, I absolutely don't mind and actually expect the long wait. But on the slow days or slow times when there are less than a handful of customers, that seems unacceptable. The most recent visit, we waited for 15 minutes despite only 3 other tables being seated. Perhaps this is more on whoever is working as a host?Overall, it's not my first choice place, but it isn't my last either. If they can fix the various issues with the preparation and overall taste of the food, then it'd be a great place and my go-to.

I ordered from this Miller's to go to take back to my hotel and am doing a low carb diet. That being said, this picture doesn't do much justice to the quality of food I received. I had grilled salmon, double broccoli, and a side caesar. The salmon was cooked perfectly and had a ton of grill flavor. No "fishy" taste at all and the broccoli and salad were good as well. I was so impressed that I actually ordered an entree salad from here the next night and they will certainly be in my regular rotation when I visit. The online ordering process was a breeze, pick up was no issue both orders were correct and ready when I was told they would be. This Miller's has definitely set the standard for other locations as far as I'm concerned. I actually kind of avoided the chain for a while due to bad experiences at other locations not in this area. Kudos to these folks, keep up the good work.

Awesome service!! Great food. Served quickly with excellent presentation!!! Highly recommend this place!!!!

I truly like the food. I have been here several times and I never been disappointed.

Had a great time.. Them long Island ice teas was hitting.. Food was ok

Sooooo, I completely forgot about Millers Ale House. Had a friend's going away party there on Friday and was really pleased she held it there. The food was VERY reasonably priced and it was so much better than what I remembered. I had the BLACKENED t-bone steak for $25. That was just a very different choice than I can normally get at a restaurant and it was so much better than steaks I can normally get when eating out (usually they lack flavor). I cut it with my fork, too (no lie). That just turned into a very pleasant surprise!

We went to Millers last Sunday specifically because we can take our puppy and sit out in the patio area and enjoy the nice weather. But....$9 for a mimosa??? Absolutely ridiculous, $4.49 for a Bud Light that was warm...not to mention having to wait at least 10 minutes for the "bartender" to notice my bf at the bar is unacceptable. Especially when you can look around the bar and pretty much see what everyone is drinking which was 90% beer, so its not like he was mixing a bunch of drinks. There was no reason to take that long to give someone service at 2:00 on a Sunday with a half full bar. We wont be back.

Food was bland at best. Service was SLOW and the waitress was distracted. The overall experience was just subpar.

This is a Miller's Ale House that could use a little work. The food is typical outstanding food. Great taste and reasonably priced. The staff was very good. The restaurant itself just appeared quite used. The vinyl on some of the bar stools were torn or cracked. The staff grouped together in the bar area to socialize. It's not a bad place by any means but it's just not quite the same caliber as the other Miller's that we've been to.

First time there and I do take outs. Usually I will order two meals so Im good the next day too. This time was a fish fry which if you're from Buffalo area, no comparison whatsoever. They forgot my coleslaw, offered to give it to me if I make the 20 minute trip back. No, I'm good. THEY DO HOWEVER KNOW HOW TO PUT SALT SEASONING ON FRIES!! AYE!! Overkill. The second meal which I had the next day was steak fajita, this was awesome. Even the next day, I have to say it was enjoyable. Tasty and delicious!!All in all not bad. Next time regardless of my order, DO NOT SALT THE FRIES.
