Great for a quick, traditional sandwich. Fast counter service and friendly team although I wouldn't necessarily call the options particularly"healthy" or gourmet.
The best sandwiches! We always make it a point to stop here when we’re driving past Tallahassee. Left my purse there and they let me come and grab it after closing. Great people!
Metro is simply the best spot in downtown to grab breakfast or lunch. Great menu, tasty specials and friendly staff. Great for group orders.

I ordered 2 soups of the day online for delivery. They delivered the Brunswick stew (which is a permanent menu item, not a soup of the day) instead. When I called, the man I spoke to blamed me for the mistake rather than taking responsibility. I order often and this experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
We stopped by for a quick lunch. Prices are reasonable, the counter staff is very friendly and the food is excellent. We shared a corned beef sandwich, which they kindly split for us.

We were visiting from Pittsburgh and had breakfast here. The Metro Deli has good sandwiches and the staff is friendly. I will be back.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. Ordered an online order at 11:23 am. It arrived at 12:05 pm- not bad. HOWEVER, the order was wrong and the drink had spilled everywhere. I immediately called the delivery man back to tell him it was the wrong order. No answer. 12:10 pm- I call the restaurant, they say they will call the delivery man and have him come back with the right order. 12:30 pm- no sign of the delivery man so I call the restaurant again, they say he should be here any minute with my food. 12:45 pm- STILL NO DELIVERY MAN. 1:50 pm--- STILL NO DELIVERY MAN. Called the store again to which they replied, oh there was a miscommunication between us and the delivery driver and he threw the food away. We can remake it now. AT THIS POINT PEOPLE IT HAS BEEN OVER 2 HOURS SINCE I ORIGINALLY PLACED THE ORDER!! They also gave me an attitude and a hard time about wanting to be reimbursed for receiving the WRONG order and then waiting for a ridiculous amount of time to NEVER EVEN RECEIVE THE CORRECT ORDER. This is not the FIRST issue I have had with this restaurant. The food is good but it's NOT good enough for all of that!
