Waiting forever in the drive thru and now I understand why. The lady (use that term lightly) at the window so busy trying trying to flirt she can barely take the order. Then walked away from the window to talk before coming back and noticing she hadn’t given me my food. Customer service is at an all time low. Didn’t see her name tag and she didn’t give me a receipt. Half doing her job. I also tried to call to speak with a manager, but of course the phone was off the hook or “busy”… what’s corporate number? There’s an issue every single time I go to this location. It’s ridiculous to say the least.
Refusing to prepare anything but nuggets and fries for some reason. Short staff i guess still no excuse cant deliver uber if they refuse to make the order
Customer service was good. French fries must have been dipped in the filet-o-fish grease cause they tasted fishy. The Sprite however was A+. So good drink averaged with fishy fries equals 2 ⭐️.
Waited at the drive thru 45 minutes. Finally get to the window and they have the wrong order. Wait a little bit longer food is lukewarm. Awful service and customer service. Not customer service friendly at all. Chick fil A has long long lines to but they get you through fast and they're customer service is ?!
Busy busy location- food was hot and fresh. As busy as it was the service was quick.It’s located at a busy intersection so it’s a little tight in the drive thru line. Only one line. There are two exits and that helped.Friendly service - We would stop back in.
I stood at the counter waiting for someone to take my order. No one greeted me, or even looked in my direction. I finally felt so uncomfortable that I went to the kiosk to order, which took longer than it would for them to just take my order. The place was filthy and sticky. They said they were out of apple slices, out of unsweetened tea, out of high c drink. The kid who told me that and brought me my food (after waiting about 20 minutes) was wearing crocs, windbreaker pants, and no uniform. The service was awful, the food was an absolute mess. I don’t expect much when it comes to anything anymore. Do better.
The worst McDonalds I have ever been to. One of the employees kids was taking orders. Nobody washing hands and the floor was filthy.
Didn't bother to make my food as ordered. Manager scoffed at me because i pointed it out. Cook made sure to yell that the remade order was ready while glaring at me. I asked for no cheese, no pickle. They gave me a dime sized squirt of ketchup and no mustardThey didn't even bother salting the fries. At least my tea that i poured myself had the right amount of ice in it.
I truly love McDonald's. When I went to the McDonald's this time the fries where hard an warm. Not hot like they prepared the food an left it under the warmer. I won't go to that McDonald's anymore...
Bacon left off 1/4 pounder. Fries were old. No napkins or straws in the bag. And you can't go inside except to order at the kiosk. I know you can't magically create workers in this climate, but you can do what you do with excellence. This restaurant excels in neither quality or quantity.
