Ms Cristy was tremendous. When I was left at the second window for 20 min with no help. I went inside to ask about my order. She is a great manager. She was dealing with at least 10 orders at once and being a great leader. She is someone I would love to work with.
They put sprite in my coffee in one visit & it took them 45 minutes to make a McChicken at another. Would have waited longer if I had not spoken up. Maybe don't just stand there and stare at me as to why I am still there.
I will not be back at this location. Some of the workers literally don't care about the customer and it definitely shows. For example I ordered a fudge Sunday and a worker in the front said they were out of fudge. The young lady that worked in the back, just got off her shift, came to the front and said they have fudge in the back but they are too lazy to go get it. I also ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal and waited 20 mins for them to hand me my cold sandwich and fries. The entire time that I waited in the lobby I wished that I never placed my order here. I don't understand the management philosophy here, but what I do know is that they don't care.
It was delicious ?. Unfortunately, I didn’t get pics bc we were so hungry while traveling. However, the nuggets and Big Macs were fresh. Sprite was too syrupy.
Talk about a terrible McDonald’s. Cashier placed our order wrong and proceeded to talk bad about us in front of us. Just do your job right and you won’t have anything to complain about. Manager fixed the problem quick so star for that.
This location is awful. They can't handle 2 drive through lanes and took 3 cars in the right lane while I was waiting to order in the left lane. They put the right lane orders on my screen so I could see they were skipping me instead of letting me order. When I got to the pay line, they tried to charge me for another person's order. I got that sorted and moved to the window to receive my food. They gave me someone else's Dr pepper (I ordered a coke and a shamrock milkshake) so I told them that's not my order and to exchange the drink for the proper coke I ordered. They handed me the second attempt at come at the same time they handed me the food so I checked the food and went home. Upon arriving home, I started eating the food and grabbed my coke only to find out that they gave me another Dr pepper instead. The fries were also chewy from being microwaved. I'm tried to call them to see if they could compensate for their mistakes and their phone gives a busy signal because they are leaving it off the hook. So I can't even speak with a manager. I would give 0 stars if possible. And will never go to this location again.

McDonalds (Restaurant # 6827), I hope that someone from your company actually looks at these reviews. This morning @ 7:35 AM 2/24/2022 (Order#75), was the first time that I was completely grossed out with what I found in my bag when I got to work. I was a regular breakfast customer. Apparently there is someone thought that it would be funny (to them) to drop their public hair (and whatever else from their pocket) in my breakfast bag. This is completely unacceptable. Your restaurant is fired unless your store manager produces a complete and unedited video footage to me of complete process of my order and fire the individual(s) who did this.This is McDonalds' email reply:I apologize for the experience you had at the restaurant.I sent the issues to the Area Supervisor and the Director of Operations.I have no idea what took place.We do not share the procedures that we follow with the guest.The only way we release any video is from a subpoena.This will be addressed.Darlene FricanoGuest Services SupervisorCustomer Care TeamMcDonalds Restaurants
Tried to over charge me by 8 dollars. I told the drive thru person, to hit SUB instead of ADD but she refused so I drove off and went to WHATABURGER two minutes away. Now I’m sitting in line at WHATABURGER typing this review because I ordered more food and saved 6 dollars
99% of the time the McDonald's on 2026 W. Pensacola St, Tallahassee, FL is clean, professional, friendly and gets the burger orders correctly, but today I parked my ? on the side facing the Marines and Armed Forces Career Center and my Giant blue bicycle was stolen within minutes at noon time. There are no bike racks, so don't leave your bike without a lock. Yelled for help cause they have cameras and was ignored. I did make a police report with a community officer. I doubt it will be returned, but that was my transportation .
