While we typically have issues with delivery - even with detailed delivery instructions - a recent order simply never showed up. An hour and a half after placing the order, I called to check on the delivery time only to be told it was delivered. It was not. The manager said they would refund the purchase, but... never did. I called a few days later to be told the refund was processing. I called back and was hung up on. Twice. So that's a customer lost.
Whoever made my pepperoni pizza either didn't wash their hands, or didn't change their gloves.Every slice tasted of onions, to the point I was nauseous and unable to eat any of the pizza.There was clear cross contamination and that's borderline neglegent for a food service worker.Save your time, go somewhere that respects what you order.
we got the romasean crust Hawaiian xl with added jalapeños and cut square for perfect sharing. plenty for everyone. really loved the fresh taste along with the cheezy bread.
Pizza was great. Had lots of pepperoni on it. The only downside was that they had no menus for us to look at. Their TV where they display the menu was down. Otherwise I would have given it a higher rating.
The greeter was very engaging, helpful and went out his way to make my short visit pleasurable, pizza was good too!
Worst experience ever! Came in at 11:15 and it was not busy. Was in a hurry and asked how long (2) or their smallest pizzas would take...boy behind the counter said 10 mins. I waited 30 mins! And still didn't get my order right. They gave away my pizza to the guy waiting after me. And in the meantime as I'm watching everyone in the back...I notice employees not wearing gloves, handling the register and money with dirty hands and going back to the food. It was disgusting...I saw 2 out of 5 employees back there actually being health cautious...
My first time here- I ordered a Supreme Pizza for take out and it exceeded my expectations. Delish!
The pizza is usually great here, but I'm standing in the restaurant 11 minutes past my pickup time and I'm still waiting.
My pizza hardly had any old world pepperoni on it. I asked them to remake it. Which they did. But then when my pizza was done, they could'nt figure out where my pizza was. Several other employees came in. They kept opening and closing my pizza. Several different employees kept touching the box. Opening and closing, breathing over my food. With no masks on !!! Finally I just asked them to refund my money.I asked who the owner was. A rude young hispanic guy with glasses on said he needed to know why I wanted to know who the owner was before he would tell me the owner's name. He REFUSED to tell me when the owner would be there. Very rude staff. I don't want to catch Covid because of employees not wearing a mask and touching my food.
