The Cowboy ? and their unlimited house coffee was awesome!
The company website describes itself: “Comfort Food with a Modern Twist.” I find this modern southern restaurant very popular and inviting. The decor is warm and informal, the staff is pleasant and efficient. The prices are reasonable, and the food is crisp and delicious. This is where southern hospitality meets urban practicality. I walk away with a sense of satisfaction.
Very busy on a Sunday mid-day but was definitely worth the wait. We had a biscuit and gravy with a fried egg and bacon. The bacon was candied with their maple syrup. The gravy was a shiitake mushroom- based with a little kick. Also the chocolate chip waffle was delish. I misread and didn't know it was not table service. You order at the register and wait for your name, well actually not your name but they use your celebrity crush. Quite interesting to hear everyone else's celebrity crushes called out. Put this on your list!
Fantastic biscuits! I love the array of biscuit-focused meals available, there really is something for everyone. I recommend you come hungry, these can be a lot to get through!
We had a wonderful experience at Maple Street! Everything was so delicious. At Maple Street Biscuit Company - instead of calling your order by name or by number... they ask you a personal question! Today's question was "What was your first car?" I thought that concept was so cool & unique! The biscuits and coffee were SO delicious, too! Best coffee I've had so far in town, and my Husband said it's the best chicken biscuit he's ever had. Definitely impressed with both the food & the atmosphere, here!
Not my usual kind of breakfast but I love the biscuit the most. Love the ambiance and was quite surprise about the price. Service was awesome and playful.
Best biscuits a stone's throw away from FSU! The goat cheese & spinach biscuit is super well done, and the bacon is the best I've had in a long while. OJ is actually fresh-squeezed, not from a Tropicana carton like some places. Staff are friendly and don't accept tips (the way it should be, as long as they are paid well!)Pros: tasty biscuits and gravy, fun atmosphereCons: inevitably overeating, all heavy foods
Excellent.I ordered The Five And Dime.Biscuit, gravy, chicken, bacon, cheddar, fried egg.Probably the best biscuit I have ever eaten.Biscuit was moist, flaky & tasty all in one.Chicken was hot, crispy and moist.Bacon was smoky, thick & crispy.Gravy was rustic & amazing.Coffee w maple syrup was superb.Enough said.
Loved My Biscuits and the fried green tomatoes, the coffee was just so-so. I had the fresh squeezed orange juice as well and found it to be bland. Still willing to come back again and be wow'd
Probably the best decaf coffee I ever had. What a treat. We had biscuits and gravy..excrllent..then ordered a separate biscuit to try out with jam. Really tasty. Definitely a place to go for breakfast.
