This is one of my two favorite restaurants in Tallahassee. I ordered vegetables, potatoes, and a blue crab. Everything was fresh and delicious!!!
Eric and family's cooking is truly an expression of love...this might just be the key to world peace! Never before had we savored blue crabs and shrimp as delicious and masterfully prepared as the garlic seasoned delights at Leola's. Amazing. Eric himself and family are warm and hospitable and were genuinely overjoyed we loved their food as much as we did. The real deal, folks...food and family. We'll gladly again drive 5 hours across Florida now that we have Leola's to look forward to.
Food is Fresh & Tastes Great and cooked per order, love the Mullet & Grouper fish, excellent customer service. However, they will forget to give you your sides.
Good for no reason AT all I was SO ready to dig into the seafood rice..even though it was good,it was different;I've never had it with sweet peas and cabbage before..or without the rice being yellow (it was white with a tint, I assume from flavorings?) But I still tore it up! Victoria was very to my son and I because it was our first time. He LOVED ALL OF IT!! He said there was no way he could've sat there and enjoyed it liked he really wanted to!! ? I absolutely invited them to mosey on down to my city! So if you guys are looking for something fresh and tasty,please check them out. # Location saved?
Food is always good. Depends on how the cook feel.
Great food and they have crayfish. Not a pretentious spot either. I'm actually on my way to eat there again now.
Good customer service as far as the hostess goes. But, I wasn’t to thrilled about my seafood platter. For one the food was slightly cold(I think a heating setup would be beneficial in that case to keep food warm). Then the red potatoes I choose as one of my sides was undercooked. The sauce was ok, just your typical butter concoction. Overall the plate was ok but definitely could’ve been better.
Now I’m not the one to complain but I just brought and ate a warm/cold mullet sandwich from these guys and we all no the mullet fish has to be hot Leola please do better.
